Great service from Nishan!

We’ve used lots of airport parking and terminal parking are by far the best. They were friendly, easy to find, helpful, (expecting us!), organised and efficient. The hand over and pick up were super quick and we left feeling confident that our car was in good hands and they were who they said they were! And we got helpful professional paperwork & instructions ☺️Big thanks to Shafan for making it such a positive, pleasurable experience. If we fly from Heathrow again you’ll be the first we call. Thank you!

Super smooth drop off - very happy. Was okay on the return - we followed the instructions exactly so would have liked our car to be waiting for us when we got the parking but it was a further 10-15min wait for it to then appear there hence the dropped star. Nishan was lovely though. Location good. Staff nice. Service needs to be hotter on the timings is my only feedback!

The bad news. 2w before we were due to arrive at LHR T4 for M&G, LHR decided to close the car park. TP should have emailed us about this & advise of the new arrangements.
The good news. TP excellent as always regarding promptly answering phone, arranging collection and delivery of the car. The driver who collected the car from the new location gave very clear instructions as to where to drive the car & even phoned us in T4 terminal to ensure we arrived OK. Kugan delivered the car promptly on our return.

We have used TP many times and will continue to do so as the service is excellent & price competitive.

Ravi the staff member who handed my car back was very courteous. however I’m leaving a one star review because the car was driven 20 miles when it was meant to be parked just a few miles away from heathrow airport which is unacceptable

Cancelled the parking more than 72 hours before travelling. Never received the refund. Contacted them many times by email and text and they always promised that the refund had been processed, with different refund dates given each time. The last time I spoke to a very rude and abrupt man who said it had been processed then hung up. I then got an email from them telling me to ask by bank for chargeback as their payment processor isn't working. So it appears the 3 different people I spoke to lied about the refund being previously processed.

The service is excellent, the transport from and to the airport is very quick. Recommended!

Phoned them when we landed and we only waited 10 minutes which wasn't bad our driver ravi dropped the car off very professional
