Ordering the product was easy and it is a good product- love it - Used it a few times now and it’s good value product - Really enjoy relaxing
The only small criticism is It took while to arrive and the update wasn’t good

the sun loungers are nice althought he quality of the cushions isnt good
my husband laid back and his elbow went through the seam and we now have a hole in the join of the 2 bits-not impressed to be honest
cant imagine they will last many years

The product was excellent and delivery not to be faulted

I had a slight problem with a couple of small missing parts which was sorted straight away. The stools look very smart and I am very pleased with both them and the service I got from TecTake.

Great Sun loungers and nicely priced

Tectake provide good service and are good to deal with.
I deducted 1 star because there does not seem to be a mechanism to communicate with the couriers re delivery.
In my case, it would have been very helpful for 2 x 25kg parcels to be delivered to the rear of my house instead of the front but this was impossible.

Replacing massage couch face rest from the original one that a client broke! Great product

I ordered a parasol via tesco marketplace, received 20th July. It was faulty, sent back, was accepted and was told that money would be paid 3-5 working days on 3rd August, have still not received money. Please can this be resolved

So very pleased with the two sun loungers we have bought from Tectake. So easy to put together and so very comfortable to lounge on. They are quite low from the ground, but not a problem for us. Thank you Tectake😁

Fantastic item,very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Smaller than I thought when folded which is even better for carrying and storage.

The rattan footstool arrived quickly and fits together well but the cushion does not look anything like the picture online. If you buy 'natural' the dark brown rattan, it shows a dark brown cushion, an earthy colour as suggested by 'natural'. However, the cushion sent is a dark blueish colour. I have been trying since August 2nd, to exchange for a brown cushion or cream also pictured online but so far progress is very slow via email even though I have responded speedily to each request for product number/photos of box/photos of cushion. I am still without resolution so customer care appears to be not such high priority. Was intending to buy further products but that is now unlikely. A shame as the delivery speed was good.

Quick dispatch and excellent quality product

Took longer than expected due to held up at customs - no fault of sender. The table is great, sturdier than expected and comfortable. I love it. Looks good too! X

Purchased for my daughter. Good quality table, very stable and easy to put up, take down and transport. Delighted with it.
