Beyond the phenomenal beauty and quality of their flowers, Urban Stems is amazing; the last dying breed of truly fabulous customer service (Happiness reps Carol and Angel)! I was out of town when I received notice of a delivery and contacted Urban Stems immediately. They went far, far, far, above to ensure I received the most spectacular flowers for my birthday from my sister when I returned home. It was an absolute pleasure working with them; kind, respectful and happy to help! I am a true customer for life! All the best, all the way round. Thank you!

Their flowers are beautiful, but I was sent the wrong order and with the help of Carol all was resolved quickly. their customer service is very responsive, critical for an online business.

Absolutely terrible experience. The flowers arrived THREE DAYS LATE, and when they finally showed up, several were brown, wilted, and falling apart. I literally had to throw some of the flowers away because they looked so bad.

To make matters worse, they attempted to deliver them at 10:30 AT NIGHT. Who delivers flowers to someone’s home at 10:30 p.m.?

I ordered these flowers to do something nice for my wife and make her happy. Instead, this whole experience did the exact opposite. Nothing says “I love you” like sending your wife late, brown, dying flowers.

For what these flowers cost, this is completely unacceptable. Three days late, a ridiculous attempted delivery time, and flowers that looked like they belonged in the trash. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company.

The delivery was messed up multiple times but every time they were happy to help and even up graded my order! Angel was expecally helpful in getting everything handled quickly and professionally

ANGEL answered my questions right away and my concerns were solved quickly. I strongly recommend doing business with them.

Although I have not seen the gift bouquet yet, I’m sure that it will be taken care of in the way I requested.

I am extremely pleased with how effortlessly it was to communicate with the company. The potted flowers arrived with a broken pot. I used the online chat option to explain the issue and Jhoanna resolved the matter promptly. Very pleased with her service.

I wanted to let someone know that the flowers I received from my daughter were left out in the hot Texas sun by my garage. I was home all day and no one showed up at my door or called or texted me to let me know they had a delivery for me. When I got the flowers out of the sun I nothiced how dry and hot the flowers were. I had to cut 3 1/2 inches off from the stem and put them in the water with the packet that was given. But I didn't know if the Sunflowers were going to perk back up. But after half an hour some came back and only one was still droopy. The assistant in the CHAT, ANGEL helped me with my problem and was very respectful and understood.

Jhoanna was responsive and friendly. She answered all of my questions in great detail and helped me verify that my flowers had been sent successfully to my loved one’s address. Fantastic customer service—very happy!

Gorgeous bouquets that arrive looking exactly like the picture (which is rare in my experience). I spoke back and forth with the support group (Carol, Jhoanna) due to delivery issues and they were SO responsive in a timely manner. I will definitely be a repeat customer
