I am always happy with the service from UKVapeworld I had a change this order changed my flavours with my Lancashire Creamery vape, I got Butterscotch which I am pleased with, I mostly stick to the Strawberry, it's great to find a new flavours.

Never had a problem. Value for money and never had a problem, with delivery. When I ordered wrong flavour. I got in touch, and they managed to change flavour, before dispatch.

Have ordered from here in the past and previously had no issues with delivery. Prices are great, reputable brands sold, delivery was on time.
This time, DPD told me I can't set a safe place as the parcel strictly has to be handed to a resident (which is absolutely fine, appreciate these are age restricted goods), so I updated my neighbour preference as I knew my next door neighbour is off work and could take the parcel for me.
DPD instead, did not knock on my neighbours door and left the parcel outside my front door where it is in plain view of a main road. Of no surprise, the parcel is not there.
I arrived home, after my neighbour told me she hadn't had anyone knock on her door, I checked the tracking and see the delivery image with the tracking confirmation stating "Handed to resident". This is a blatant lie, I had been out at work that day and the delivery image itself contradicts this.
If I was allowed to select a safe place I could have advised where to put the order, but they told me they strictly CAN NOT leave it in a safe place but yet decided to leave it in the most open space.

Contacted customer services, two days later I have a generic template reply. I had mentioned how I have previously left 5 star reviews, how I have never had a problem, the inconvenience and concerns this has caused. None of which were addressed, told to wait 6 days for DPD to investigate (not much to investigate, the delivery image and tracking says it all), before they even consider what the resolutions would be.

£25 down, no products, had to source my liquids from the local garage which costs around three times as much, no apology, can't even be bothered to change the "Hi there" to "Hi (name)", the delivery issue is annoying but the lack of customer service has been my deciding factor to go elsewhere in future.
Only given the extra star since I have ordered 2/3 times previously with no issues.

Easy to order, great value vapes. I’m happy I can get zero nicotine, wish there were more flavours though. Hopefully in time they will expand. The delivery was super quick too. A trust worthy website. I’ve had two orders now and will be back for more.
