Le site vous facture 12€ bug a mort et vous facture des frais d'envoi de 50€ pour un objet de mm pas 100 gramme alors que le papier qu'on vous passe a l'aéroport prévois des frais d'envoie de 15€

Bien sur on vous fait payer les 12€ avant de vous informer que les frais d'envoi sont de 50€

Bref des voleurs !!!!

Perdu un téléphone à Dysneyland Paris ,j'ai été contacté 3jours plus tard ,j'ai payé 15€ sans grande conviction mais miracle 2jours plus tard il m'a été livré par chronopost très bien emballé,merci Troov

The forms are difficult to complete on a mobile telephone screen. They send emails with a phone number but many times all assistants are occupied and they don't pick up. They ask for a voice message but do not respond. They take payment to send your found item but tracking shows it has not been picked up even after 24 hours. They do not reply to emails.

Really incredible service, surpassed all expectations. I left my computer at Nice Airport security. Within minutes of completing the details on the App I received notification it was located and I was able to arrange delivery to my home via the App with no fuss. It arrived two days later. The whole experience was smooth, efficient and incredibly straightforward. What a tremendous service!

Oublié mon hoodie de Adidas dans le navette de Parking P4. Ils me demandent 12€ pour récupérer mon hoodie.
Je n'ai pas payer enligne car j'ai "senti " un arnaque. Aujourd'hui je suis rentrée à l'aéroport et au bureau objets trouvés ils n'ont pas mon hoodie. À éviter Trouvés!

I lost a tablet at Montpelier airport and was amazed when it was matched through the troov service. However I then paid to have it delivered to the UK with insurance and it troov never sent me my insurance details, took my money and then never sent the package and wouldn’t reply to any kind of contact- phone, email or social media.

Bonjour, on m'a fait enlever ma montre lors de mon passage au contrôle de sécurité de l'aéroport (et c'est bien la première fois qu'on me demande cela dans une aerogare!), le lundi 2 mars. Et j'ai oublié de la reprendre. Arrivée sur mon lieu de destination (Toulon) , j'ai contacté votre service des objets trouvés Troov Bordeaux.
L'objet a été récupéré: parfait, je paie donc 12 euros pour le mettre de côté puis 14 euros pour l'assurance puis 46 euros pour le transporteur (DHL). Tout est confirmé et accepté par le site (encaissement immédiat): super! PROBLEME: ma montre n'est jamais arrivée malgré l'acceptation du site, et ne me parviendra sans doute jamais car il est spécifié maintenant sur leur site qu'ils n'ont le droit de l'envoyer: BILAN: ni montre et 70 euros volés par le site lié à votre aéroport. On attend une explication, et surtout un remboursement de cette somme avant de déposer plainte contre cette arnaque. ref objet trouvé: T261089405. Maria

The worst customer experience I have ever had! I registered a lost and found item that has tracking. I have received no communication in 2 months. I have left notes on my application and emailed so many times and no reply! At a complete loss and never got the item back

We lost two items at Disneyland Paris, the first was found and we could easily get it back. The second i’ve been trying to reach troov about for a month now, different e-mail addresses and even different people working at troov. We can not get in contact in ANY way since i’m not getting any responds. (We lost the item and couldn’t get it send over for some weird reason, only pick up and since we live in the Netherlands and not in France this is not an option.)

One day i checked and suddenly i could be send over, so of course i immediately acted. The thing is, this company is very easy to get lost stuff found but to get it back is a whole another thing and getting in contact with ANYONE is quite impossible.

Feel like I’m stuck in the matrix.

Left a phone on an EasyJet flight to Newcastle. Tracker showed it going back to Charles de Gaule airport. Was told to register it as lost with Troov. A month later I get a Troov ‘match’ out of the blue and pay €38 for 3-4 day postage to have it returned to the UK. That was nearly 2 weeks ago.

Postage tracking shows it’s never left the airport. Troov is who I paid but they haven’t replied. The postage company can’t help, CDG airport lost property can’t help, EasyJet can’t help. Who do I go to next? Troov is an intermediary but who for??

Vraiment génial. Nous avions oublié un sac a dos avec des objets coûteux et des doudou dans une attraction. Nous avons fait la demande a 21h, match une heure plus tard et 2 jours après nous avons retrouvé le sac a dos COMPLET !

Certaine d'avoir oublié mon doudou dans la chambre de mon hôtel disney, aucune nouvelle, pas de réponse ni positive ni négative... aucun sérieux. Nul.

Super easy to lodge missing item - I left my expensive watch in a security tray in Nice airport. I lodged the missing item as soon as I touched down in UK, 5hrs later the item was recorded as a match, less than a week later the watch was back on my wrist. Outstanding.

I recorded my loss on the same day, I had left brand new running shoes in the hotel room at Disney, Paris. Whoever cleaned the room has my shoes. I've received not even an acknowledgement from Troov. Farcically useless.

Objet oublié au contrôle de l'aéroport de Nice, déclaration immédiate très détaillée à Troov et ... aucune suite. Contact avec le service des objets trouvés qui a récupéré l'objet mais aucune info de Troov.
Suite après mon coup de sang, j'ai cherché à comprendre et il semblerait que le système repose sur la précision et la rapidité des déclarations des services d'objets trouvés. L'algorithme ne peut évidemment pas faire de rapprochement entre "offre et demande" si l'objet trouvé n'a pas été déclaré. L'algorithme peut tourner 24/24 pas les personnels des objets trouvés, dans mon cas, 5 jours de délai c'est un peu long quand on s'inquiète.
J'ai reçu l'information de Troov après avoir retrouvé mon sac auprès du service des objets trouvés de l'aéroport.
En conclusion, comme déjà écrit, tout repose sur la déclaration des services des objets trouvés adhérents à Troov.

Rated 2 but that's only because we had a match, every other part of troov truly feels like a money making business for lost items. Son lost his backpack and wallet at DLP this November on our last day there, and we were informed at City Hall to use Troov. Went home inputted our information (several times because the translation is not clear) and placed up a photo of our backpack. They found a match, which wasn't my son's backpack but a wallet. I didn't know that until I'd paid £30 for delivery, only to find when it arrived (not 2 days later as indicated but 6 days) it was his wallet, with no money in and only a library card (so essentially absolutely pointless). The system is seriously flawed in that you do not get to see first hand if the match is your match and how much they have matched of the lost items, they only blanket state they have a match.
