Fast, professional and high quality service. The initial design appointment was precise and meticulous allowing to reason and think about the colours and the materials. The installer, William, was very professional. Due to the custom nature of the installed wardrobe, he suggested creative solutions to make the fit work well and communicated clearly asking for my input. Great job.

Darrren Boyd our fitter was lovely and really professional, he checked all the details before making anything permanent and was really pleasant through the whole experience. Not to mention he has also done a fantastic job!

The sales and design service was good but they really came into their own with the joiner (Pierre, I believe) that fitted our bedroom furniture, He was a pleasure to have in the house and did an absolutely excellent job, even polishing the mirror after cleaning up. I am so happy with the results. High recommend.

We are really pleased with our recent Hammonds installation in our dressing room. Tomasz Pachura worked exceptionally hard and his attention to detail was incredible. The finish is excellent, highly recommend.

Great customer service from Chloe in arranging our appointment with Heather. A big thank you as well to Heather for her excellent customer service, patience, and expert advice in helping us design our room. We particularly appreciated that Heather wasn't pushy and didn't pressure us into paying a deposit on the day, instead giving us the time and space to consider our options. This made the whole experience feel relaxed, professional, and customer-focused.

The furniture is lovely and seems to have been very well fitted. I would have gone for 5* had there not been a little fuss over the handles - while it was satisfactorily resolved in the end, it detracted from the overall experience. The fitter was very nice and very helpful along the way.

Turned up late then the next day was due at 9.30
At 9 he was in crew with a flat tire and another job to finish first

We were fortunate to have a fitter who was skilled and experienced to install our walk-in wardrobe.
It is indeed a leap of faith when the process begins but fortunately we were more than satisfied with Roger who went out of his way to ensure that the project met all our needs.

Working with Helen at Hammonds was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her "no rush" approach made what could have been an overwhelming design process surprisingly enjoyable and completely stress-free.

Tom was fantastic. Had some great suggestions, very good at getting me to make decisions on style and colour.

First class service from my initial enquiry to the designer's visit. The designer made contact prior to the visit. He arrived promptly and was exceedingly polite and friendly. He provided detailed plans of the intended work and explained the process in great detail. Shortly after the designer's visit I received a call from the company to arrange the surveyor visit. Overall a great customer experience thus far.
