From start to finish the service has been excellent. The designer Stuart was so patient and accommodating. The fitter John was brilliant and so meticulous when it came to the finer details. I can honestly say that when he had completed the work the room was left spotless and all surplus materials and waste was taken away, I was hard pushed to do any cleaning at all. We have used Hammonds before and cannot praise them enough. We are thrilled with the service from start to finish.

Stuart the designer was brilliant, listened to what we wanted to achieve and he came up with ideas and several options we had'nt thought of. Showed us different designs on how our room would look. Nothing was rushed, he was very patient and when we contacted him a few days later on possibly going for a different spec nothing was to much trouble even though we decided to stay with our original choice.

First time I have used this company. The cost of the product was cheaper than anywhere else. The service was brilliant. Will definitely be using them again.

The staff and selection of styles. The staff were so helpful especially Andrew who was so patient in getting me different fittinngs to try as I tend to need a wide fitting. Landed up buying two pairs.

Had a few hiccups when it came to the fitting of the bedroom as the units that came out were not the same size and we had to lay another tile on the floor, luckily we had kept some spare when the floor was laid. This was a bit disappointing as we had made the designer aware that the floor tiles had been laid upto the existing units but told was assured everything would be fine. The fitter Mathew was absolutely brilliant worked long days with the minimum of intrusion and added some nice little touches to the bedroom, his workmanship was excellent.
