I purchased two monitors from Ebuyer and needed VAT receipts so I could reclaim the VAT through my company. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone.

There is no customer support phone line, no obvious way to contact a real person, and the only email address I could find isn't advertised and hasn't received a response. Something as simple as obtaining a VAT receipt shouldn't be this difficult.

The products arrived, but the complete lack of accessible customer support has been incredibly frustrating. A company of this size should make it much easier for customers to speak to someone when they need help.

Paid for next day delivery and received a message from Evri saying it was delayed and they would try and deliver the following day. Why should I pay for a service that is not going to happen ?

No communication at all and my order was cancelled apparently as discussed!!! I haven't even spoken to them. What a waste of time !

The ssd sent isn't working, keeps booting to bios, I have an exact same one of these ssds and it works fine and boots, when I'm on bios this one doesn't even show on but when I have both ssds in the pc it works fine, I need it to run on its own and boot on its own so send me one that works 😭

Ordered tv on the 6th June and still haven’t got it . Not a good delivery service I have to start paying for it in 9 days time 😭

Don’t like the holding on items for extended periods based on shipping fee, I can understand using a slower courier based on this but holding on to items for 3 days based amount of shipping paid has made me rethink using this retail supply in future.

by some miracle my Nvme drive worked when it arrived most pathetic packaging I've ever seen an expensive fragile computer part but in a slightly stiff envelope then given to the roughest courier Evri packaging arrived battered and just shoved through my letterbox

Tracking number provided for my order was not traceable. TRACKING17. I have no idea where my order is, and will be canceling my order if they cannot provide me with a legitimate confirmation. My first thoughts are this is a scam!

Super fast delivery, great comms.

Where is my order, cant get hold of any one absolute joke, took my money but not despatch.

Not very good with comms.
Placed and order with next day delivery , received the order submitted and order confirmed email.
Then nothing.
No easy way to contact them - had to submit a ticket.
Then within 5 mins, I had the missing emails come through...

This company is in administration buy products at your own peril Don’t expect any return service as the company now is in joint administration. This is possibly the worst company I’ve dealt with.

I have always trusted ebuyer for all my important items when building a pc, I Purchased a graphics card after the 1st retailer letting me down , the card duly arrived and I took it out the box removed power lead from pc and took out my old video card I use for testing known good card. I plugged in the new card wired it up with the same cable I had for my own graphics card, put power lead back in and switched pc on , to my dismay the card did not light up (usually a little led on graphics card to say if theres power or not, nothing , nada, nilch I powered unit back down removed the new graphics card and put back in my test card , put poer leads into it switched it on and pc was alive once more I have to get to a post office to return it and wait for a refund . 3rd time lucky I ordered another card today so I've no working pc out of pocket for two cards till refunds happens and lashed out for another card to get my friends grandsons late birthday present to him

easy to browse the web, very happy with the ease of obtaining what I wanted. The delivery was very quick, and well informed of all movements. A very happy customer.

Ordered a second hand laptop from Ebuyer last night the order was confirmed with in a couple of hours. My order was dispatched this morning and arrived just after lunch the same day! Can not complain about the laptop either it is in perfect working order and brilliant for what I need
