I wish I could give this company no stars. I purchased a phone from them and it was faulty, after several weeks of them asking me to try various things which didn't work I returned the phone. Only after a week of having the phone did they bother to ask for the pattern to unlock the phone. This was supplied in writing and as a video - they are now saying the pattern doesn't work - a surprise to me since I used only this pattern on that phone!!! They have now had the phone 3 weeks and I am no further on, have no phone and no way forward - their service is unacceptable and I would not have bought from them had I known!!

1 Star – Avoid This Company at All Costs

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I received an iPhone that had clearly been opened and previously handled, despite being sold as new. I immediately arranged a return, carefully packed the phone, and even recorded a video of the entire packaging process to prove the device was returned in perfect condition.

Since then, getting my refund has been an absolute nightmare.

Customer service is appalling. They constantly dodge straightforward questions, tell you they’ve “passed it to the relevant team,” and then disappear for days without any update. Every reply feels like a copy-and-paste template designed to delay rather than resolve the issue.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. Nobody takes ownership of your case. You’re left chasing them over and over while they keep making empty promises.

Afterwards, I looked at other reviews and realised I’m far from the only person experiencing this. There seems to be a consistent pattern of poor communication and customers struggling to get refunds.

I deeply regret buying from A1 Tech Deals. If you’re considering purchasing from them, do yourself a favour and spend your money with a reputable retailer instead. Saving a few pounds simply isn’t worth the stress, wasted time, and uncertainty if something goes wrong.

I’m still waiting for this to be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Looking for a best deal for Samsung S25FE.Came across A1 Tech Deals as theirs was the best price out there. Checked them out first to make sure they were OK. Purchased a phone and then realised the address was not quite right,so informed them straight away.Did all they could, But they were not quite able to stop the delivery. Either way it came within 2 days. Royal Mail tracked. Everything as you would expect. 5*****

Would have given 5 stars had it not been the fact that the packing slip inside my parcel indicated the price to be paid was £10 cheaper than that actually paid! Called to point out but not resolved!

This was the best price I found for the phone I wanted, and between the Trustpilot reviews and the company warrantee, I felt comfortable with my order. The phone shop were able to set it up with no issues. So far so good.

I'd never heard of A1 Tech Deals before,and I was after some JBL in Ear Headphones.
Their site came up on a Google search,with the cheapest price.
It only took two days from ordering to delivery. Brilliant service and I will definitely check them out again when I need more Tech
