The process was explained really clearly by the Sales advisor .
They have been in contact regularly updating me on the progress of the house .

Really excited to be moving into the Winnycroft development early next year. A bit disappointed that the external tap and turf are now additional extras and when asking if any support could be provided to help me have them (as they was always standard and was included in the base spec provided to me) they couldnt offer anything but replacing other incentives. Everything else has been a smooth ride so far.

A beautiful location for our forever home. The staff were amazingly knowledgeable, helpful with questions, when they didn’t know the answer sought it out by research or asking colleagues.

We recently completed on our new home and we couldn't be happier. The house was completed on time and to a very high standard throughout.

A special thanks to Jess Hunter and Stephen Thompson who were outstanding throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything right for us. Their communication and aftercare made what can be a stressful process very smooth.

We would highly recommend this developer to anyone looking for a quality new build.

Manor Chase Boroughbridge. Three years of being in the property still issues not sorted , got fed up of false promises from customer care, so had creaking stairs on two floors fixed apparently and creaking again. They come out take carpet up in between stairs and floor is filler with a gap of around two inch wide all the length of stairs and not even level. Messaged in about this said would ask site and guess what they’ve all gone no follow up also drive sinking lose slabs. Absolute cowboys. Want your money run away faster than a horse. Windows aren’t finished the Amount of silicon used is mind boggling.Do not care and still left site like a bomb site . I’ve worked in a lot of sites and there are better site builds around. I would never buy DWH again thought they were a premium builder, I have submitted this as still not sorted and sick of chasing

Excellent customer support. Emails always responded to very efficiently & promptly. Friendly & helpful, always willing to go that extra mile . Very knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish with David Wilson Homes. Me and my partner have bought our first home and Robert and Malcolm at Witham St. Hughs Lincoln have been incredible throughout. We really can’t thank them enough.

We are very happy with our new home and apart from the inevitable snags with a new home we have no complaints.
The staff have been very helpful a d have done their best to iron out the wrinkles. The location of our home is very convenient for both Chichester and Arundel but situated in a small attractive village.

Plot 6 - Rosewell Meadow
Purchased new home in July 2026. Nina (Sales Agent) was excellent. Highly knowledgable, helpful & detail orientated. She made the buying process stress-free and offered lots of additional information, reassurance & support along the way.
Once we moved in the site manager Shaun Whyte took over and provided an excellent (and consistent) level of customer service. He was always available and accessible to assist with any snagging issues and worked through our list very quickly. He was always on hand to offer advice and support once we moved in. It was reassuring to have a site manager who gets things done efficiently and effectively. Really happy with the house and Rosewell is a great location.

The location of the property is amazing.The staffs are really helpful and service oriented.Overall everything is good so far.Thank you to each and every one.

Their service for dealing with issues under NHBC claims is diabolical, with no customer service whatsoever...
I own a property in Priors Park which is tenanted - the tenant reported a leaking roof in early March which the NHBC inspected and the builder accepted responsibility for on 24 April, with a start date to be confimed by 13 May and works to be completed within 40 days. Works were finally agreed to start on 10 August but then the scaffolders didn't turn up without providing any notice so the bricklayers/lead workers who turned up the following day could not start work.
The tenant took annual leave to accommodate the works so I have asked for DWH to compensate them. The DWH Customer Care team have twice ignored my request to raise a complaint and the local South Midlands office are not returning my calls...

They deal with items of concern straight away any problem they will call and deal with it in a professional manner with dates and times to resolve the problem and put your mind at ease.

I find the site team very polite at all times.

The sales team including the Construction Manager at High Grove were excellent from our initial encounter to delivering our new house on time.

I am so pleased to have bought my flat with DWH using the shared ownership scheme. Claire and Janet at the sales office were wonderful and helped me out tremendously with a few hiccups with the property I was selling. As with all new builds, there have been a couple of teething issues, but Gillian from the customer care team has also been wonderful and helped to get those guys sorted super quick and without issue. Everyone involved with the remedial work has also been great, so polite and professional. My experience has been fantastic! (The Poppies, plot 37)

John was brilliant. Arrived promptly & was friendly & personable.

Our New Home Care technician John Hewitt took time and care to ensure the assigned issues were resolved to our satisfaction. He explained what would be done and checked it would meet our expectations.
