The cookies are amazing, but the shipping is the worst.
Every order is late, doesn't ship on time, or half of it shows up and takes a week for the second box to show up after i paid more for shipping to get it there by a specific date.
Latest order of a custom pick cookie box was delayed due to one flavor being out of stock, but i wasn't notified until the day after it was suppose to arrive. The email advised me to call to pick an alternative, but when i called the only option i was given was a refund.
Frustrating since it was a gift for a specific date. After some back and forth and lots of hold time the customer service rep was finally able to substitute a flavor and now the order is going to be another 2 days late.

What a mistake! Stear clear!! I ordered cookies to send to my best friend and his wife because his wife's mother passed away. Days past the indicated delivery date and they haven't been delivered yet. I'm disputing the bill. How these unprofessional money grubbing incompetents can still be in business is shocking. Don't waste your time or money.

Missed my son’s birthday by 2 days, paid extra for a card and the card was not with the cookies. No customer service, talk with a chat box and they said someone would call never did. No way to contact them. I order frequently but no more, they don’t care. Won’t deal with a company that has no way to reach out

Impossible to connect w/ customer service. Item (Monster brownie) was very dry. This company has gone downhill very quickly. A total waste of money.

They ship your order so slowly that the product so slowly that the perishable items are no longer fresh. They are stale and gross tasting. A total waste of money. Try talking to their customer service…. It seems everything about that company is SLOW.

If I could give them a negative stars, I would the fact that they cannot fulfill an order on time to save their life, and they lie about the reasons to why they can’t get the delivery there like what kind of storm is going on in New Mexico why were my cookies sitting in Peoria Arizona for four days when they’re supposed to be in Las Vegas? They don’t care about their customers clearly they just fulfill orders that they can’t handle. Their delivery schedule is horrible. I’m officially breaking up with Cheryl‘s cookies. I will never order from them again. We placed 75 orders a year for clients and family.

Would give them zero stars if I could. This company does not honor their ship dates. They use FedEx Smart Post (and do not tell you!) which significantly delays their deliveries adding an addition 2-3 dates to their agreed upon delivery date despite charging exorbitant shipping fees. So if you need these on time. Don't bother. Customer service is terrible. Said they would overnight new batch to make my deadline and then never did. Horrible.

Second time I ordered from them, while the cookies themselves are good your order never gets there on time or at all. Order was supposed to arrive on 04/13/2026 gave them until 04/15/2026 but no luck. Called customer service for a refund and the agent was very nice and did refund in full, also offered to reship at no charge, I declined as the event they were going to was now over. I will never buy from this company again as they are very unreliable.

Customer service is a nightmare. They have a product but beware..if you have any issues on the website or with delivery it is impossible to get support. The "chat" took 30 minutes and the issue wasn't resolved. The phone call (to some other country obviously) took 45 minutes and the issue wasn't resolved. I will never order from them again.

While the cookies taste great (if you get them before they are in a truck for 2-3 weeks), the shipping times make it impossible to order from this company. I placed several orders for Christmas which were a week late. I blamed this on the Christmas rush and placed two orders for birthday gifts. I placed these orders two weeks ahead of delivery date. The delivery date has come and gone and the cookies are nowhere near the delivery state. They have now been in transit for 6 days. Do not order from this company.

Shipping is always an issue. Deliver is promised by certain date and is always late. Which sucks when you are sending for a specific occasion

We received a box of cookies for a Christmas and they got MOLDY and we had to throw them out. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM COMPANY! Delivery instructions were not followed I purchased for my daughter’s birthday and they delivered it to the lobby sat by the restroom in public so anyone could grab a cookie. Instead of delivering to the suite/office name and address all listed along with phone call to recipient. Waste of money and ruined the surprise birthday present.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered from Cheryl's. I requested for an item to be delivered on 20 February it is already out for delivery five days early. That is unacceptable. I've chatted with a chat agent about it who told me to message back once I saw it was shipping too early. So I chatted again today with someone. I told him what the deal was their response after holding for like 10 minutes was oh I see you're checking the status of your order. No did you even read what I just sent to you. I'm trying to find out why my order is out for delivery five days early it was told to message you guys back about this once I saw that it was out for delivery. Left on hold again no one seems to want to give an explanation then he came back on the line and said oh it will be delivered on the day that you requested. OK if it's already in the town that it is going to five days early I asked him I said so what they're just gonna hold it somewhere for five days even though it's showing out for delivery? Asked him where he got his information and no response of any kind of help. Learned my lesson goodbye Cheryl's shame on you order from somewhere else

Ordered as a Valentines gift on 2/7 and was charged to my PayPal on that day Delivery was promised on or before 2/13.
By Valentines Day cookies still were not delivered. In tracking I found they had not even been shipped yet!’ Customer Service had NO explanation of why they had my money but no intention to deliver the cookies.
I would NOT recommend this place. Seems like a SCAM to me.

Cheryls is not to be trusted. They give you a delivery date and miss it by over 10 days. You cannot count on them at all. Buy elsewhere.

Cookies are delicious! Definitely overpriced, but maybe not compared to other mail order gifts. I’m just not sure as I don’t do mail order treats much. If you watch for sales and coupons you can get them for around $1/cookie. I have ordered from here multiple times for myself and as gifts. I have had a couple deliveries be a day or 2 late, but my most recent delivery was 3 days early, to Indiana, even with the impending ice storm. I’d say if date it’s important order way ahead of time and keep an eye on the tracking.

I ordered a birthday cake with an early delivery date so it would arrive on time. When it wasn't received by the recipient on the delivery date, I contacted Cheryl's Cookies. There was no customer service number so the only option was a chat. Eventually chat connected me directly with customer service. They couldn't find my order at all through FedEx tracking, so they offered to resend my order at no charge, how kind of them to not charge me for what I already paid for. The recipient's birthday had passed at this point, so they said they can deliver it in two days. Well, those two days have past and tracking told me it would be another two days before it's received. By this time it is well past the birthday. Not happy!

My order, which Cheryl's Cookies debited from my account on 12/19 for a 12/23-24 delivery, never arrived. What's more, I had to proactively go to Customer Service on 12/28 to find out that "we ran out of that item, so we couldn't fulfill the order." The agent couldn't answer why I had gotten no notification. I asked for my order to be refunded and will not buy again from this family of companies (1-800-FLOWERS, Cheryl's, Shari's Berries, etc), who clearly need to figure out their delivery issues since that is supposed to be a key differentiator of what they offer.
