Always so helpful

It’s a great place. The people that work there are so friendly.

They help me all around even when im calling very polite respectfully thank you's

No reason to take ten minutes to deposit a check. Plus waited ten just to get a teller . The bank was empty.

I was just doing an ordinary online review of all my bank accounts at several banks. At Bank Five, I was questioned like a criminal, and even AFTER I had given ALL my personal info, they demanded to know the last amount I had withdrawn. I am 84. I use several accounts. I do not remember the last amount, and after giving ALL my info, I was still not let in. Bank Five is last on MY list!

He was nice to me treated me with ut most respect not like paula ribeiro, your teller at bank 5 in Bristol her and the manager treated me like a criminal. Even though I was a good customer, that's why I left your bank .I hope she and the branch manager get reprimanded for what they did to me .I left your bank in tears .I will not recommend anyone to your bank .im happy with my new bank

Got a letter in the mail about account inactivity, so I called to find out what this was about. Since I don’t remember my last deposit from three years ago, the call got nowhere. I provided all my information and Social Security number but now I have to visit the bank most likely because there’s a few cents left in one of my accounts.
