I was in a desperate situation with debt and was hesitant and a little skeptical starting the program with national debt relief but they exceeded my expectations by far! They settled with all my debtors quickly and for way way less money than I would've been paying! Customer service was always great, they seemed genuinely understanding and compassionate and i appreciate that they didn't sugar coat anything. It feels like the crushing weight was finally lifted off me and I can breathe free now, amazing!! Very grateful!

Professional staff

The reps are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. When I signed up, I was not told that my monthly deposit could increase, which is a major issue since I turned to them when my debt was already almost unmanageable. I’ve told them that I wouldn’t agree to an increase, so we’ll see from here.

I’m very happy with National Debt Relief! They communicate frequently with my account updates. The creditors have pretty much stopped calling, which has been a life savor. They always remind me before a payment is due. I would recommend this company for anyone suffering with pass due debt like me.

I was overwhelmed with credit card bills and with my reduced retirement income I didn’t know what to do. I saw all the National Debt Relief commercials but I was nervous about taking a chance with them and not knowing if I could trust them. I finally got the nerve to call them and from the first day the agent was thoughtful, friendly and took care of signing me up immediately. I was still anxious and nervous about giving out my information and credit card problems but the agent reassured me that I had no pressure and that I could stop at any time.
Since then I’ve been treated with nothing but caring agents who each had reassured me that they would take care of my creditors and not to worry. Then when I received lawsuits from the different creditors, ever agent I spoke with calmly took their information and told me not to worry. I was assigned a lawyer, which I paid a minimal extra fee, and each lawyer kept in constant touch with me and took care of all the lawsuits. I cannot emphasize how much stress that relieved me from.
My whole experience with National Debt relief was a Godsend. They all actually cared about me and did everything in their power to help me. Thank you!!
