It was great untill all thr hidden fees were completely discovered. Even the associate called them "hidden" fees. That's when I completely lost all the trust!!! Please review EVERY detail before signing ups for the program. Their 22%-27% is not on the settled amount, it is on the amount before it is settled. For ex, if you owed $3000, they settle for $1500, your settlement fee is atleast $700, plus the tax liability on the debt forgiven. They were paying $399 to the creditor and collecting $210 for settlement fee. My balance was $4883 settlement for $2394 and settlement fees were $1260!!!! So savings of supposed $2489 with the tax liability of $550.... make this make sence!!! My so called savings are what?!?! $2489-1269-550=$669!!! And credit being notated as settled instead of Paid in full!!! Not what I expected or understood!!! Also they charged me the draft twice on my bank in less then a week, I had to dispute the one charged, becuase of them not being able to reverse it. Each time they do a draft, they charged $14.95 draft fee.... so a 48month program will cost you $717 in justices draft fees!!!! This is my personal experience, you make what you want from it!!! So far I was able to successfully negotiate own term for 0% with almost ALL credtitors!!! They are actually are willing to help!!! Hope this review don't get deleted or hidden!!! P.S. after I called and brought all that I finally understood, canceled the contract, they still charged me for "settled" account negotiated work, wich is absolutely a ripoff.... it took me to settle one of the cards less then 10 minutes, with no pushback!!!! Yes creditors will either do payment arrangements for full balance at 0% but close account, or settlement for less then 50% balance (have to pay off in 90days). Either way is workable, one has less impact on credit and no tax liability and the other saves you tons but bigger credit damage and Tax liability.

I was with Americor for over a year and a half; in that time they did not reach any negotiated amounts with any of the accounts that I had signed up with them. They did not help with putting me in touch with those who were overseeing those accounts and negotiations, and the process was completely opaque. After switching to another company, I've received results in less than 45 days. Very unprofessional and horribly managed.
