I bought a car and everything was going well, as soon as I got it 5 minutes it came up with an error. I went back and said they couldn’t fix it and had to take it to the servicing team, which wasn’t until a month or so later. When I got there I waited for 3 hours and turned out there was no communication between sales and service so the person who was able to sort the car out wasn’t there. Whilst I was waiting in the room, there was two other people who all had problems with them that weren’t solve. I’ve now noticed loads of rust on the car that would’ve been there before they sold the car to me, I didn’t notice at the time as it is under the car and in the door. Nothing but problems with them after.

If I could leave zero stars for this car sales I would. I left a deposit online and my wife and I waited over a week to view the car. As it seemed to be having work done on it. When we travelled up to see the car it was disappointing. When we declined the car we was told our deposit would be returned instantly. One month later still no deposit returned and after reading the negative customer reviews we are glad we bought a car elsewhere. Buyers beware the negative reviews are a caution

Staff are very friendly, I was really happy with how things were explained in full by ioni and Dan who were the two staff members who talked us through our options when it came to buying the vehicle 100% recommend coming to this dealership if you was interested in buying a car.

The first day I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 2021 I drove on the M6 and without warning the cruise control and Impact Prevent safety system failed, almost resulting in a 3 vehicle pile up at motorway speeds. This resulted in dangerous evasive manoeuvre to make safe on the road and road users around me. I had to go through 5 trips back and forth from London to Coventry within 4 months where they found multiple faults that were not resolved prior sale. Worse!! They failed to disclose the vehicle as a taxi between 2021 and 2024, hence the recent faults occurred. I am currently prosecuting the firm in civil court which they admitted "the breaches are serious and faults were not repsired before sale". THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN!! If you contact the ombudsman they will not ajudicate for you as they MUST be registered to protect your consumer rights. I strongly advise avoiding Nuneaton Car Sales. I have reported them to the Trading Standard Authority for full scrutiny and hope their investigations condlue the business to close permenantly for the safety of road users. Their vehicles are death traps waiting to happen.

Do not give up your hard earned cash to this firm. You will lose THOUSANDS!!

You cannot stop the truth of your conduct being exposed.

I urge everyone who has suffered greatly from Nuneaton Car Sales to reach out to Trading Standards and DVSA, so the more evidence they have the better chance this business can shut down permanently.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Nuneaton Car Sales.

Shortly after purchasing my Jaguar I-PACE, I reported a heating fault (3 March 2026) followed by a key fault (6 April 2026). What followed was over 3½ months of delays, repeated journeys, lost earnings, and constant chasing for updates.

Jaguar Land Rover eventually confirmed the heating fault was genuine and also confirmed that the key issue was not a simple recalibration. The vehicle requires a new BCM (Body Control Module), RFA module and replacement key, with repairs costing over £1,600. This repair is still outstanding while I wait for Nuneaton Car Sales to approve it.

I also received a filthy, unsuitable courtesy car despite explaining that I needed a family-sized vehicle for my three young children. The condition of the vehicle was completely unacceptable.

The most disappointing part has been the customer service. Despite multiple emails to the Managing Director, I received no substantive response and was left chasing updates for months. In addition to the Managing Director ignoring my emails, the Service Manager has also ignored my calls and messages.

To be fair, Group 1 Jaguar Land Rover Southend were excellent. They diagnosed the faults properly, kept me updated throughout and treated me professionally. My criticism is directed solely at Nuneaton Car Sales.

Faults can happen with any used car, but good customer service is how a dealership should deal with them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend Nuneaton Car Sales and would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing a vehicle from them.

For now I'll be taking these used car cowboys to court!
