Don’t order from this company!
Shipping was three weeks late and was told I would get a $500 refund for the inconvenience and mishandling of my order. Never received the $500 refund to my credit card. I was told it would take up to a week because the finance company is in China and China was on a week holiday. Worst experience I have ever encountered. Will never recommend this company, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

My wife and I purchased three 11x13…
My wife and I purchased three 11x13 louvered pergolas from Costco and we are very pleased. The delivery was smooth. The product quality exceeded expectations. No missing parts and every part went together flawlessly. We mated these three into one unit, filling our deck space nicely. The build process took a while but the instructions are well thought out and easily understood. My only complaint (very minor) is that they give dimensions in feet and tenths rather than feet and inches. I think they could have printed both. We highly recommend these products.

Ordered the 7-piece Siena set and made a great decision. The package had to be arranged for delivery and signed off but the pallet came and did require some extra help to move into a spot where I could access. The whole set came fully assembled and is amazing quality. Very happy.

Great deck box…
Shipping was prompt and packaging was well done. Assembly was a bit tricky as there were a ton hardware already assembled that had to be unscrewed for use. Two screws in the assembly did not tighten at all, so I had to get the next size up at the hardware store and make it work.
Once assembled I am very pleased with the box - high quality soft close door and waterproof. Very happy with the purchase.
