Disgraceful experience. 99 degrees Fahrenheit outside and they put us in a bus with broken air conditioning for the trip from Lisbon to Porto today. Emailing the company and talking to the guide did no good. I have photos of the temperature as well as guests reaching up trying to get ac out of the vents and resorting to fanning themselves. Extremely UNRESPONSIVE staff. This is apparently a very low budget operation that skimps on customer service. Not good for anyone who would like to be comfortable on vacation.

We were scheduled through Wingbuddy on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, for 9:41 a.m. take off from Houston George Bush to Atlanta, then a 5:40 p.m. take off from Atlanta to Venice (arrival Monday, Aug. 3) to begin our Flavors of Italy & Amalfi Coast vacation.

On Saturday night, Aug. 1, around 7 pm, we received notification by Delta app that the flight to Atlanta had been cancelled due to crew availability.

We called Delta – they would be happy to book us another flight to Atlanta – arrive Monday, Aug. 3, then arrive Venice Tuesday, Aug. 4 (pushing our scheduled vacation back 2 days).

We’d already made reservations and paid for side trips in Venice.

So we canceled our first leg to Atlanta and were told by Delta they would refund us the money for the 4 tickets for our flight to Atlanta. Should be refunded in 5 to 7 working days.

We contacted Southwest Airlines – were able to book a flight to get us to Atlanta in time to make our 5:40 departure on Delta to Venice as planned.

Cost us $2,129.60 for 4 tickets on top of what we had paid Wingbuddy for the trip.

We returned home on Thursday, Aug. 13. As of Wednesday, Aug. 26, had not been refunded our money from Delta.

So we called Delta. We were told that the money we were due to be refunded for our canceled flight to Atlanta had been refunded… to Wingbuddy (?)

Have contacted Wingbuddy several times about the refund – and can’t get a response.

Newal and Vassili rocked,our trip taken 21-28 August was amazing would highly recommend both of them if you are touring Norway,totally great time from the time we stepped off plane to all the venues rated 5 stars plus…

J'ai réservé un forfait au Portugal par internet et ça a été super facile. Par la suite, j'ai eu plusieurs petites questions. J'ai eu une réponse très rapide, même si c'était en soirée. Les informations étaient très bien détaillées et ça m'a beaucoup rassurée. Bravo à l'employée qui m'a répondu, elle était très aimable et professionnelle.

Nous avons visité le Vietnam et la Thaïlande en janvier 2026 et ce fut vraiment très, très bien. De bons guides, particulièrement celui au Vietnam qui était rien de moins qu'exceptionnel, de beaux hôtels bien situés, des visites et activités vraiment variées, des visites de sites locaux, de superbes grottes et de belles îles, des croisières, des tours de vélos, des spectacles et des visites chez l'habitant. Ils ont respecté l'itinéraire proposé à la lettre.

I have not gone yet but have a trip to Italy Spain and France fr Sept.They were very kind in booking and downhill from there.Rude staff.Tried too upgrade and not able t change anything.Never again!!!

The website was easy to navigate. And when I wanted to talk to someone directly, it was easy to get in touch with someone, and they were extremely helpful and great to talk to!

Easy to book and communicate with so far trip not till 2027

J’ai une copine qui avait réservé son voyage il y a quelques semaines et elle partait seule faute d’avoir trouvé une personne pour l’accompagner. Lorsqu’elle m’a parlé de son voyage cela m’a interpellé et j’ai réservé mon voyage avec Elodie qui a été d’une patience remarquable avec moi afin que nous soyons ensemble,et les mêmes activités que ma copine avait réservé.

Très bonne. J’ai pu facilement faire le changement de l’aéroport de départ qui sera Guayaquil plutôt que Montréal.

Absolutely a great tour! From Day 1. when we met Ken, our tour guide who has to be one of Kenya's best guides, the tour got better and better every day! Wingbuddy put together a superb itinerary, terrific accommodations, and we were lucky to get Ken as our tour guide. The amount of giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, hippos, wildebeest, etc was way too many to count! I 1000% recommend this trip--and ask for Ken if you can!

Vos images donnent envie d’aller se balader aux îles Canaries. Cependant, la lecture des avis de vos clients, me laisse sans voix. Les réponses données par votre service à la clientèle, sont totalement irrespectueuse et je constate que vous ne prenez AUCUNE Responsabilité face à votre clientèle des avions qui n’atterrissent pas, changements d’aéroport, les guides sont absents enfin la liste des manquements est trop longue pour être énumérée. Vraiment vos voyageurs ont vécu un voyage d’enfer et ont été laissés à eux même Et la plupart de vos réponses à ces voyageurs sont : c’est pas notre faute, nous ne sommes pas responsables, nou sommes désolés mais…
Très contente d’avoir pris le temps de lire les commentaires des voyageurs, à eux je dis un immense Merci ! Non, je n’irai pas aux Îles Canaries dans des conditions semblables.

Made tour arrangements to Costa Rica with Felicia. Smooth interaction made the booking process a breeze. Felicia is super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and so patient and helpful with my questions and concerns.
We are booked and looking forward to our journey next January!

Très belle expérience, la guide était exceptionnelle en nous donnant de l'info plus qu'on en voulait et connaissait l'Irlande en profondeur. Les hébergements était tous bien et la bouffe aussi. Je vous conseil de prendre cet agence de voyage.

Felicia answered all my questions . She also corrected info from a previous inquiry(from another colleague) which made the difference and reason why we did book with wingbuddy!

So far, the staff has been very efficient and made the booking process very easy and quick. Also, the follow up (booking confirmation and payment) has been really good.
