Everything all good except from viper multi tool blades which are probably the worst I've bought. Two blades separated at the spot weld only cutting wood and the third lost two teeth again just cutting wood. These blades are advertised as cutting wood and nails.quality control went missing with these blades I'm afraid.

Antwort von Rennie Tool Company
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the other products purchased, although we're sorry to hear that the Viper multitool blades did not meet your expectations.
We sell a large volume of these blades and generally receive very positive feedback regarding their performance and durability. However, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a full refund for the blades in question.
We value all customer feedback and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
