Placed an order, never received it... 4 weeks, a few emails, but nothing else—scam, scam, scam

Wouldn’t give them one star. I paid the money and received no furniture- don’t think they exist. I’m off to ask Mastercard for a refund!! Not Brits either although the map shows London -

Same as everyone else placed the order was told a date it never turned up zero response from then on now going through credit card company to recover money 😡

Do not use this company, I have just spoken to bank, they are currently down as woman’s clothing company, they obviously have changed their profile, hopefully will get my money back but please warn everyone!!!

This is a scam company - ordered 5 weeks ago and should of been delivered 24th May

Am having major issues trying to get furniture delivered. One response to multiple emails, delivery was supposed to be yesterday but no communication & no delivery. Really disappointed & can’t get a contact number to speak to anyone! Praying I will hear from them soon as placed x2 orders over 3 weeks ago 🥴

This is a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Very quick to reply on queries but then placed my order and have emailed about 8 times since and nothing back. Was due to recieve my order and nothing. Have had to request charge back with my bank. Please do not use this company

Same as others. The advised me delivery in 4 weeks and reminder 2 days prior to delivery. Nothing happened and like others, Sent 5 emails no response
Wiil report fraud to my credit card company tomorrow
Update - my bank have confirmed scam and refunded my credit card payment. Hope they catch up with these low lifes

Scam website!
Unfortunately this is a fake website. I too, after paying for my furniture, got an email receipt from a Spanish bank. After a few days, after sending an email to ask when my furniture would be arriving I was given a date. When I asked if I could rearrange that date I received no further contact despite sending many emails. Have now raised a dispute and am hoping for a charge back through the bank.

orderd on line in uk transfer to spanish bank account to make payment supposed to be contacted after2 days about delivery
after 2 weeks managed to get an email for the address emailed them and told delivery would be made on25th on 18th money was refunded into bank text them about this they said it was thier mistake and iwould need to reorder the item on thier site tried to reorder
and was going to 40pound more than the original price which i excepted and continued to make the order after i completed the order company registerd in Poole england i was transferd to another Spanish bank different from the first account on trying to complete the order my bank refused to authorise the payment and froze my account.
telling them through email what had happend they were quite abusive that if i wanted the order i would need to find another payment method when i told them i could pay by paypal this was declined when i told them i could pay cash on delivery this was also declined.
bank informed me that this was an unsafe purchase
order from this company at your own risk turns out it was bank who refunded the money so they tried to con me twice

This company does not exist, they are thieves and scammers DO NOT USE
They are very engaging at the start then once you have paid there will be nothing.
As others below, used different email accounts to contact them and received immediate detailed replies, any query from me no reply and no goods.
Having made more enquiries and spoken to the accountants at this companies registered address Unit B10 Bizspace in Poole, they inform me the company doesn't exist and has set up a fraudulent website. They have also advised me that they have reported Rattan Gardens to the police. I have reported this to the Police and my Bank.
I have also looked at the other site, Oxford Furnitures, Wales Gardens and Chivony Gardens, they are all the same website with different names. This is a larger scam across many hoax company names.

Ordered the garden furniture and once payment went through there has been no response to my emails regarding delivery. This is a scam. Please do not use this Company. Contacted my Bank and hopefully will be refunded under Section 27.

Enquired regarding 3 Seat Rattan Sofa Dining Set with Fire Pit Table & Weatherproof Cushions and responded immediately but once placed my order I have since been ignored not a single response my dad emailed off his account they responded immediately my friend emailed and got a response and then I emailed off different account and got a response but now because family members have mentioned my name and my order they are now being ignored so I have to call police and also call the card issuer to do a charge back and open investigations to these scammers rattangardens and now ignored me since placed order but responded immediately before placing my order so please everyone beware as this site is a scam don’t not take any chances and get ripped off like they have with lots of other customers below

Nationwide have refunded the money

Do not use this company!! They replied straight away with a pre order enquiry, once I ordered and paid they will not answer any emails so pretty sure the furniture will not arrive so doing a chargeback with my credit card

I too am worried this is a scam. I have been emailing and trying to call them since Tuesday 5 May and have heard nothing from them.
If this is genuine I will update my review but for now proceed with caution.

When I ordered from them there were 4 recent positive reviews but these have since been removed. Also I’ve noticed a number of reviews here over the last 2 week since ordering, all positive and then removed. The latest review is the 1st negative review I’ve seen which has triggered me to write this.

14/05/26 update: was told would be delivered today. No call. No garden furniture. No response. This is definitely a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the 22nd April still waiting for a response as to where my items are!! Not sure if this is a scam site.

Rang on the Monday evening, table & chairs delivered on the Wednesday morning, fully assembled and great quality. The cover was missing but the delivery driver already knew this and it was despatched a week later when the stock came in. Overall a great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic fast service ordered Sunday and delivered Wednesday morning,kept me informed when it would be delivered and driver phoned when he was half an hour away and very helpful,would definitely use again and recommend.
