Im so disappointed with this company if they are actually a company
Everything was good to start with when placing my order but then after everything went down hill with lack or no communication with them
My order got rescheduled twice but still never arrived
I have now cancelled my order and asked for a refund so let's see what happens now
Such a shame as website and furniture looks good
Just wondering how others got on if asked for a refund

Ordered set a month ago, emailed to check delivery after timings advertised, given a date & they'd be in touch to arrange but heard nothing have chased but no response. There's no phone number, gone to bank to try & get money back so we'll see butbi think these are complete scammers, do not touch with barge pole

I paid for a patio set 2 weeks ago, emailed the company 3 times, had no reply. Seems like a scam
