Very good product and excellent service,the fit is good and feel is like walking bare foot.

So pleased with my new shoes, Purestep seem to have found the perfect solution for me. I now walk in absolute comfort. I will be buying more and cannot recommend enough

Delivery took longer than I thought. I didn't know it was coming from China. No information on website about the country the product was made in.
Product is comfortable.

The shoes took a few days to arrive but I was kept well informed. The shoes themselves are light and airy. They have been comfortable from Day 1, no rubbing or blisters. This is my first experience with barefoot shoes and I am loving the sole flexibility and contact with the ground. After a walk my feet feel tired as if they have exercised rather than cramped. It is early days but I have worn them on hikes of 2 to 3 hours with varied terrain, often stony and they seem durable. Dirt also seems to quickly fall off too. Really surprised and have ordered more styles.

Ordered the wrong size originally so contacted customer service who couldn’t have been more helpful. For the cost of postage they sent a free pair of the correct size and told me to gift the incorrect ones, which I did. Excellent service and lovely shoes.

Very comfortable for walking and training. My second order

Bought 4 pairs of shoes in 2 transactions a few months ago and no problem. Shoes were of good quality and fitted me.
Ordered another 2 pairs in May but they sent 2 of the same instead of a brown pair and a white pair. Told me to keep both pairs and they would send a white pair for just a P & P charge of £9. When they arrived they were wrong size and the brown pairs are too tight a fit for comfort. Have tried to contact them over last 4 days but all 5 emails have bounced back. Looks like they've done a runner.

I ordered a pair of size 8 Everest Pro barefoot shoes. I received size 3!
All routes to contact supplier have drawn a blank, sites not found. Reading many of the reviews it would seem I am not alone. A Hong Kong based company with no UK presence. Beware.

I made a mistake in the ordering process and contacted customer service by email within 30 minutes of ordering. I was told that they could not stop the order and would have to have them delivered to then return them for a refund. Once received I then found out that the refund policy was:
Return/refund was at my own expense, they don't do return labels. The return address is in China. The Cannock address in the UK is just a forwarding warehouse.
Fill out a return form, send a picture of it before returning any item. Enclose form in parcel after you've worked out the cubic capacity of the parcel. Send a picture of the tracking postage form. Preferably using UPS. Once parcel received in China they would apparently refund etc etc.
Lots of hoops to go through and the parcels cost of return was so high that I had to think whether it was cost effective.

Great communication, fast delivery and great product.

This is my 2nd set of shoes and not my last.

Shoes arrived in good time and are comfortable. But their size 11 is too long, they’re more like 13. All the links on the emails they sent don’t work and the website “server cannot be found”. They’ve seemingly disappeared overnight so contacting them for smaller ones or to discuss with customer services is now impossible. Literally a fly by night company. Would never purchase from them again, if they even exist!

The company is a scam. Pity as the website seemed good. I ordered a pair of shoes, received an email to say it was on its way, heard nothing more, checked the track order link and received a message that the site cannot be reached - over several days. I emailed them and was told the email is invalid. I read the Wellness Magazine who seemed independent. If you check there are two articles by Alex Matthews, each with different photos, and no-one exists on the internet with his supposed background. Now I'm £50 poorer and hoping I can get some compensation from my bank card chargeback and report this as a scam. While newcomers will be OK, beware of this company reinventing itself as a provider of barefoot shoes!

Products arrived as scheduled - initially responsive customer service team when I contacted them to say I had accidentally ordered wrong size - since then all of my repeated email communications have bounced back and I have heard nothing. Don't know if product any good as I haven't worn them - they are too small! I doubt I will get a response or be able to exchange. Moral is don't be duped by their FB advertising..... thought I was FB canny but obviously let my guard slip.

I have gone today to try and track my shoes. The website is no longer operational, all links dont work and it appears they have now gone out of business. Wont affect new customers as with no website they cannot take new orders but my £70 plus is now in the hands of the banks or a chargeback - 8 weeks minimum

Quick efficient. Presentation upon arrival v good. Great product

Tracking of order was spot on. Delivered within the alloted slot. Product seems good but so far not much used as too hot for the weather.

They said they would exchange these rubbish shoes than site closes down I think all good reviews are fake sham on trust pilot don’t Buy

I have tried all the links to this company and none are valid. Yet another scam company.
