Item ordered on 1st June 2026, now 2nd July 2026 and still have not received item, contacted seller for update on delay which was due no later than 23rd June still no update just reply that item classed as bulky an MAY take longer than usual!!!

Since all of our products are individually made to order and shipped from our production facility in Germany, delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected, particularly for larger or bulky items. Gorgeous, however....
The framed picture even better than anticipated. My local postman, however, commented that the cardboard packaging had been damaged when he received it but the picture was intact. May I suggest that some bubble wrapping be used as a precautionary measure.
