I appreciate the enthusiasm of the presenter. However, prompts demonstrated in the Zoom meeting to generate different projects could have been put out on a deck or PowerPoint. I wanted to know about how to manage the database after a project is generated with the prompt. Simulate a prompt so one knows how much credit is needed, tips on specifying a database was not needed. After the fact, It creates a database automatically which cost more to generate and to host. It cost me $115 to simply create a six page website which I gave another website as a reference. Ridiculous! I bought DIVI WP templates for $290 and got hundreds of designs and can easily create one. The $8 a month plan is a joke. I won’t be using this service.

Great session. I wasn’t going to join because I had attended a previous one but glad that I did. When the instructor asked for websites to review so he could give feedback and rebuild them using the tool I put my site in the chat and it was selected. 😳 I received great feedback that is impacting changes I want to now make to my account. Having an independent eye was helpful and the speed and creativity employed by the site was highly impressive!

I had a complicated billing and account issue with SuperCool, and Jonathan from Famous Labs was absolutely wonderful to work with. He took the time to understand what had happened, personally helped resolve the issue, restored my account, and went above and beyond to make things right.

A big shout out to SuperCool. The platform harnesses tremendous arsenal of tools. The video shorts are easy to build; the quality is top-notch. I am finalizing my first book on the platform. The straightforward technology allows me to refine and augment my manuscript with ease, offering insightful suggestions along the way. I had to battle through the KDP process on my first book last year before SuperCool. Now, the book cover, the wrap, keyword offerings, to highlight a few requirements, are literally at my fingertips. Additionally, I have been steadily been canceling most of my other app subscriptions because the phalanx of solutions within SuperCool render them superfluous. Everyone should give SuperCool a chance to be their main, all-in-one artificial intelligence platform. Generating, editing, and managing creative and business projects from a single prompt is something to behold. Lastly, Jonathon, Terry, and John V. are extremely knowledgeable and quite helpful. Fun, nice, and entertaining. Amazing things created.

Being an established author, moving in stride with AI has never been easier. Not only can I orchestrate my illustrations faster and more precise than ever before at the touch of fingertips or my voice, but I can compose my manuscript and story arch in real time with timeline. No more long meetings back and forth with editors or publishers for that matter. AI gives me real proven data. I can build front to back and get my stories out there quickly and efficiently, while the marketing is done simultaneously with each book. Then I can test the market with feedback from purchases, while building cartoons to further expand my brand. This is now and everything is possible. Ai hasn't replaced my imagination, it has amplified it.

The money issue with them keep asking to buy subscription

I purchased SuperCool because I was considering using it with my original intellectual property. Before agreeing to the Terms of Service, I contacted Famous Labs because I wanted clear answers about what happens to uploaded copyrighted material, character art, scripts, prompts, and other original content.

Support initially told me that the Terms and Privacy Policy were documents I had “agreed to when [I] signed up.”

That was not accurate. My SuperCool account was still displaying a Terms of Service screen telling me to “review and accept” the Terms and specifically stating that acceptance would occur by clicking “I Agree.” I had intentionally not clicked that button because I still had unresolved questions about my IP.

I pointed this out and asked Famous Labs to clarify when and how I supposedly accepted the Terms.

Their response was to confirm that I had not agreed to the Terms, cancel my SuperCool subscription, and issue a full refund.

I appreciate that the refund was processed. However, several of the questions that led me to contact support in the first place were never directly answered, including questions about AI training, third-party AI providers, treatment of uploaded pre-existing IP, and retention/use of original material.

I am sharing this because other artists, writers, filmmakers, animators, and IP owners should know to carefully review the Terms and get satisfactory answers about their intellectual property before uploading unpublished or proprietary material.

Customer support is non-existent. I've been charged for hosting and have asked them to stop charging me, since I don't have anything being "hosted." All I had created was some illustrations for a small storybook. After frequent requests for a reply, I still haven't heard from anyone. I've had to shut down two bank cards to keep them from pulling any more money out of my account.

very expensive, supercool charges, too exorbitant prices, offers you credit points, and at the least generation of two to three documents, not even images nor videos. They drain the credits and ask you to buy again. This website and the people behind it must be thieves. I won't recommend this to anyone; that would be deadly

Absolute thieves! Had a basic subscription but was overcharged twice. Kept sending messages to their support team but never got any response. Stay away from these thieves! Worst company ever!

My name is Slobodan, I have the same fraud issue as many here.
I'm glad that on Ai community raise awareness about them. So far, I will maybe change this review because I still waiting for an answer. The website created by their mechanism has been hacked. My colleague use their larger plan and it's slower response than a cheaper one.

Oh, and hidden fee is also similar problem. It's tke my 99$ for "hosting" files that are used for generating. It's like the pay a Gmail for cloud storage but add 3 more figures and it's the price! And that item is not transparent.

Last few days they I wrote and email support and they are reading Trust pilot. So - find an email and respond to it.
That is the way You will impact to this review.

Nasty charges they don’t explain. Have to keep chasing them for explanations. Extra charges beside subscription. Not responsive. Keep delaying. Their AI keep burning credits. Eric Lau

After having a bad experience, I left a negative review. Since then, Jonathan from Famous Labs contacted me. He understood and offered to work with me by issuing me a full refund. Maybe the technology will improve, and I can resume what I started.
