They charged me $40 four times on top of the $8 subscription fee. I cancelled immediately and am waiting for my refund.

Sadly, the same issue as many others.

I signed up on the basic pla - I thought this looks good - something that is cheaper than Claue and Gemini - next thing I know is I have been billed for $130 - al I did was ask for some proofreading and a couple of images to check.

It is not clear on the website at all that these type of charges will be made. No notification was sent out when the first payment was intended to be taken.

I urgently and respectfully ask you to contact me and authorise a full refund.

so understanding and using alot of AI. i read through some reviews and instantly saw that there are AI fed reviews. red flag number 1. then i saw a few people complaining about them just billing and not asking. so i though let me test the "$8" AI website to see whats happening. i mean its just 8 bucks right :P.... long story short. Its a scam... I thought let me start off with a short video generation to see. I loaded my 8 buch subscription and started. did all the prompts, got all the right responses and all of a sudden it comes time to actually make the video... and guess what, it tried to auto bill me another $40 before rendering the video. I used a locked wallet that only allowed $8 to be taken, so the transaction declined, but it was attempted and i was notified. needless to say, the $8 subscription gets you 8000 credits. a basic short video wanted to use 14000 credits which means i would have had to buy another subscription for $40 more to render that one video. then it is done again, not more until the next payment.

Conclusion : Stay away from this platform if you like your money. you will get more results from a platform that offers the dedicated services.

P.S. Its actually really sad because this really does seem like a powerful tool if they were just open and honest with pricing instead of trying to scam people.

Cant give less than 1 star or I would. Very poor customer service. Ordered parts and paid for expedited shipment. 3 business days later, order still sitting in warehouse. Buyers beware,,

RIP OFF!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I bought the basic plan to see what it can do before purchasing a bigger plan, all I did was make a test vid using 3 x clips of around 30 secs each. Asked Supercool to make a video using the three clips and next thing € 70 was deducted off my account! Sure, I should have read the fine print, I know, my bad. But I trust when they say “Cheaper than any other AI” bah! What a joke! The video wasn’t even that good nor made any quicker than I could have done myself.

I was looking forward to engaging with Supercool AI.
BUT, I did not expect how much money it cost me in $$$
I asked Supercool to just review an 86 page doc. No rewriting, just organizing the doc as a PDF. Approx. 19,000 words,COST = FIRST $8.+ $40.+ $247. + $40 + $40 + $127 All took approx. 20 minutes!! That is BS BEFORE I tried Supercool I actually used CLAUDE to help me rewrite those 86 pages for FREE $0.00 FREE Enough said, I will be trying to get some of my money back, there ads all advertise $8/ month...

I was testing supercool, had fun, thought it might be good for what I do, and as suchpurchased a MONTH subscription. Imagine my surprise when I was billed over $4500 for the YEAR. I have been trying to cancel since I noticed the bill. There doesn't seem to be a way to cancel this immediately or have anyone help as support@supercool is never answered. Terrible customer service. Zero stars.

I guess they took advantage of me as a first time user. They have scammed me automatically topping of credits as a new inexperienced user. I have incurred in over $650 in automated charges and fees on my Apple Card. The burn rate on the credits is insane for one minute and fifteen seconds final product. I am not understanding how they can just automatically top off credits at that insane rate without stoping and request authorization. The app blind side you ones it starts at a rate of $40 every 20 seconds. I don’t mind paying for the results but not $650. I will like partial money refunded ASAP!

Today Jonathan presented an in-depth class explaining the difference between general non detailed prompt writing & specific CEO & Director-type written prompts with as many details as possible in-order for SuperCool to give the creator contents that have a high probability of generating the desired outcome & purpose of an advertisement - paid, organic etc. This was helpful far beyond what I had imagined for today's class!!!

I signed up for the supercool AI platform after briefly looking at the TrustPilot rating. After taking a closer look, the reviews for the SuperCool AI website appear to be polluted with reviews for an HVAC installation company. Therefore, the review rating for the SuperCool AI website are not to be trusted. I gave the SuperCool site an average rating because TrustPilot required a rating to leave a comment. I haven't used the site yet so I didn't want to be unfair.

I wanted to test supercool.ai with the lowest plan, I ended up being charged more than 240 USD, I want to apply for refund please, the website kept blocking and at any moment I wasn't aware that I will be charged beyond the 8$ I wanted initially to test with, being charges 240$ for just playing around in one single session is just hilarious, I didn’t get any email or notification alerting me that money was taken from my account, I ve been charged 6 times in a single session just because I asked to check what are the products existing in my Shopify, really such a shame.

I am following you since ages and invested in several of his tools, but not this way, I feel ripped off.

Please refund.

Insanely expensive. Does not ask if you want to top up on credits when you run out they simply dip their hands into your bank account and remove money without asking. Very upsetting, even dishonest.
After dipping their hands into my bank account three extra times, I did not even have a video of 1 minute. Apply extreme caution with these crooks.

I don't feel they are the best at teaching but had to change my mind because they are building fast. It is difficult to keep up because there is always something exciting every time you enter the site. I have worked in IT for over 20 years as a trainer/manager and from my experience they are killing it. NO NEW HIGH TEC COMPANY is without missteps. Soooo if you are brand new keep your panties on as you are in for a Cooooool ride. As fast as they are going they are excelling.

A peine abonné, et dès l'utilisation de leur créateur vidéo, non seulement les 8 euros (abonnement standard) se sont évaporés, mais ils ont essayé de prélever encore sur ma carte 35€. Au nom de quoi? Pourquoi? Rien qu'une arnaque! Mon abonnement mensuel est bien limité à 8€ et je n'ai pas demandé de le mettre à niveau. j'ai juste testé l'abonnement à 8000 unités et c'est nul. ils volent mes sous je vais porter plainte et aller sur les forums pour les dénoncer . La honte! Cessez votre vol je vais supprimer mon compte, si vous essayé encore une fois de prélever sur ma carte je vous garanti une bonne raclée. Alerte aux VOLEURS.

More features that i originally thought & much more helpful than other services I’ve used. I run 2 businesses & needed a lot of help, Supercool has been that for me!

I am blown away with the demo and Terry is really funny and passionate about supercool.com. I am a newbie to this and going to create short and long videos. I have some music and want to create videos. I am blown away by how easy the prompts are. It makes it simple to be super cool.

What can I say since this AI series has come out I've been looking for the best way to understand allot of this, FINALLY Supercool has done it for me.. I'm super excited to start my journey.

This session with Jonathon was truly amazing! Showing actual completed projects and the simple prompts used to create them was gold. I currently have over 10K songs waiting for Music Videos, and I'm excited to get started producing them. I can't say thanks enough.
