Loved this condo, it was a great place to stay. It was very quiet and loved that pool was right outside our condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything. And for once the beds were very comfortable at this condo. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We have rented three times now with Sun realty and the staff, communication and the properties have exceeded our expectations.

Check in was very easy, 4wd parking passes were provided with an easy pick up at the office - which is fantastic over the last few years since these are require! the house was great. we didn't have a welcome bag but the woman upon our check out got us the awesome canvas bag and popcorn for our ride home!

Great access to the beach, plenty of seating inside and outside, screened in porch had a lovely breeze, great lighting everywhere, lots of lamps. Great pool and hot tub was actually hot! Plenty of space for everyone. The Keurig was missing, but within hours we had a new one dropped off. From reserving the beach house to calling about a problem, everyone was friendly and helpful!

We’ve been coming to Erin’s Inlet since 2021 and each year there is something new. This year the new/improved out door shower was amazing!! It’s so warm and inviting. 4 out of 6 of our crew used it regularly! Can’t wait to see what’s done for 2027!!

Did everything online or keyless entry. Very easy and happy.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again!

The house was great! The owners had it decorated nicely and the furniture was really comfortable. I liked the location of the house as well. Easy beach access. The only thing I have to complain about is the cleaning company obviously did not clean very well. There was sticky stuff on the floor in places and behind the dining room table was what looked like dried vomit. I had to get the mop out and clean the floors. Plus there was a lot of items under the couch and under the cushions! My grandson dropped something and it rolled under the couch. My son in law could not believe all the junk under the couch. We had to pick up a cushion to find something that slid between the cushions and the amount of sand was insane! I know you had told me you had a third party cleaner. You may want to report this to their boss. They did a poor job cleaning.

This house isn't the fanciest but it's well maintained and has a great location for the price.
