this company is big fraud company, uae govt should take serious action against them and all employees who work in it. they have taken huge amount from for netherland visa and didnt fullfill it. i would like to request everyone who get fraud from this companies report directly to uae authorities and respective embassies about international frauders. share the frauders international numbers with embassies and report them about frauders, so they will not fraud with other people. i am trying to contact dubai police or consumer rights but unable to contact from ksa. please help me to get my refund this company.

I am posting this review on behalf of my cousin, who engaged Spryness Migration Services for a Germany Work Permit. We paid AED 7,000 as per the agreed payment schedule. Unfortunately, after the payments were made, communication became extremely poor. Despite repeated calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, we have not received meaningful updates regarding the application or the status of the process. We have now requested cancellation of the service and a refund but are still awaiting a response. We hope the company will address this matter professionally and resolve it promptly.

Think Twice Before Committing – My Immigration Case Experience

I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision before engaging with this company.

I started my immigration process with the company in June 2023. At the time, I was informed that the process would take approximately 9–10 months, and I paid a total of CAD 20,000 in two installments for LMIA and PR-related services.

After completing the payment, I experienced significant delays in the progress of my case. Despite numerous follow-ups through phone calls and emails, I mainly received responses stating that my case had been forwarded to the relevant department, with limited updates on the actual status of my application.

According to my understanding of the signed agreement, I was eligible for a refund if the promised services could not be delivered. However, my refund had not been processed when I first raised my concerns.

Following my public feedback, the company contacted me and offered a partial refund of 70%, which I accepted, despite the original agreement referring to a higher refund amount. I was informed that payment would be made by September 1. After waiting until October and following up multiple times, I had still not received the refund, and I continued to receive assurances that the matter was being reviewed by the legal and processing teams.

I am sharing this experience solely to inform potential clients and encourage them to obtain all commitments in writing, carefully review agreements, and maintain clear records of all communications and payments.

I hope the company addresses outstanding client concerns professionally and resolves pending matters in a timely manner.

My name is Murtaza Yunus Ali. I am from Kuwait Please do not trust this company. They are completely fraud. One employee named Deepak is also very rude and dishonest. They took 15,000 dirhams from me for a Canada job process. Since 21-11-2021, I have been asking for my refund, but they keep telling lies again and again. Now I am finally going to file a case against the company because they have stopped answering my calls and messages.

I would like to file a complaint against Spryness Migration regarding their unprofessional and fraudulent conduct.

After collecting payment from me, the company stopped responding properly to my queries and follow-ups. Despite multiple reminders through email and WhatsApp, I have not received any proper response or support from their side.

The company repeatedly sent me interview schedules and rescheduled them multiple times. I received interview schedules on five different occasions, but each time no interview call was conducted. I was asked to wait during office working hours, which caused inconvenience and wasted my time repeatedly.

Whenever I followed up regarding these fake interview schedules, they either ignored my emails or failed to provide any clear explanation. The person who initially contacted me through WhatsApp is no longer responding to my messages or phone calls and has blocked me on WhatsApp.

Based on this experience, I strongly believe this company is misleading clients after collecting money and failing to provide the promised services. I request the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the company. I also request a refund of the amount paid by me.

I can provide supporting evidence including payment receipts, email communications, WhatsApp chats, and interview schedule emails if required.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my visa application process has been handled by spryness team.
To be clear:
I submitted all required documents more than two years ago.
Your company received full payments from me.
Despite this, you only started the visa submission process for Hungary 10 months ago.
Last month, I sent an email requesting an update, and I received no reply at all.
This level of service and communication is completely unacceptable. I have been patient for far too long, but now I have lost confidence in their ability to handle this matter professionally.
I demand the following immediately:

A clear and honest update on the current status of my Hungary visa application.

If no progress has been made or if the application has not been properly submitted, please process a full refund without any further delay.

Alternatively, provide me with the contact details of your management (names, email addresses, and phone numbers) so I can escalate this matter directly.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be left with no choice but to take further action, including lodging a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.

This is a final request before I proceed with other measures.

It seems scamer and no one should trust this consultancy ,first they are very engaged however, after receiving money they don't response to mail even don't answer the phone call. It was my huge mistake that I trusted this consultancy .
