Cheaters don't trust them . They have a team once they will receive money they will not msg you and will ask for the requirements not discussed before. I have lodged an fir today in saudi Court. from one year they didn't refund my money.

They promised Luxembourg in 6 months but failed. Then changed country to Latvia. Asking for more money with lower salary offer. After 1 year, still asking for documents again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prominence Visa Services UAE.
The agency took payment more than one year ago with assurances of visa and job-related support.
Since then, no meaningful service has been delivered. There has been no progress, no results, and no verifiable actions taken on my case.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the responses have been vague, generic, and repetitive, with no evidence of actual work done. Promised updates never materialized, and timelines kept being extended without justification. At this point, it is clear that my time and money were wasted. What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and accountability. Any professional agency should be able to clearly show what actions were taken after receiving payment. Unfortunately, that has not happened in my case.
I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to exercise extreme caution, ask for written deliverables, timelines, and refund terms, and not rely on verbal assurances.

Sends spam mails to companies, and continue to do so after unsubscribing. They apparently can't find customers the normal way.

My experience with this company very bad, staffs are very rude.This is my opinion that this is waste of money and ⌚ waste of time.

Very Concerning Experience
It has been almost one year since I paid for this service and my CV was shared with supposed employers in Latvia. To date, I have not received any concrete update, employer feedback, or realistic timeline.
Despite repeated emails and phone calls, the response has always been the same — that the process is “ongoing.” After such a long period, this lack of transparency and progress is extremely concerning.
I also asked about a refund due to the prolonged delay and absence of results, but this was refused.
Based on my experience, there are serious concerns about the effectiveness and reliability of this service. I am sharing this review so others can proceed with caution and make an informed decision before committing any money.

Don't trust this company even 1%.I strongly advise everyone to be careful before making any payment to be this company.

I searched for the company license from the prominencevisaservices.com but I can not find. There is no CEO or any responsible person's contact or message on the website which makes it SUSPICIOUS.
