Should be good but poor execution.

The device itself is good hardware and construction. The software is sub par. If you are using multiple profiles and syncing to external calendars, it gets into a mess really quickly. You can not delete profiles or labels. A simple action that is available in almost every product and software solution is not there. In the age of AI it's almost laughable that if you or the automated process make a mistake, you have to do workarounds and merges to find a way back to usability.

Honestly, look passed the hype and the marketing. Skylight have bought and sponsored their way to getting a notable brand.

It’s a great way to keep my 4 children and family organised and communicate as a family whilst my husband and I work full time so we don’t miss out on anything. I’m able to plan my weekly meals & kids school lunches. Create shopping lists and check it off on my phone whilst I’m out. And manage my children’s chores and pocket money, homework, school schedules and all their life events collectively - the kids can also tell when they have something on that week by looking for the colour that represents them! Don’t know what I’d do without it.

It works well if you use it

I knew I needed one as soon as I saw the video. We have a busy family of 5, 3 businesses and so many after school clubs.

We needed something to help our house run smoother and this is was the answer.

Kids have been ticking off chores and routines and it’s bloody great.

I have not yet received the frame despite chasing it three times. Therefore I can’t comment on the frame. Only the supply service which is currently very poor. Thank you

On hold for 1 1/2 hours then they cut me off today on hold for 1 hour they said both times wait time 17 min

I love my skylight frame it is such great quality and Isit there for hours watching my memories come up on the screen. I would highly recommend this product. I have also bought 3 now.

I do enjoy all of the features and finding new ways to organise and streamline our daily lives. I do think the subscription fees are expensive, especially when converted to AUD when they only premium feature I actually want is adding stars to chores, a feature that other brands include for free.

A great system that keeps all my family together - from my work schedule and appointments, my wife's and kids. It allows us to plan ahead and ensure we get the family time we need and deserve. I really love the task function where we can plan our tasks and the kids can get involved - highly recommend it, and I love the synchronisation across all my calendars.

On Google, Skylight promote a price of £470 with free shipping via sponsored ads. Clicking the sponsored advert leads to their product page charging £525 with a subscription (£550 without), and shipping is also charged. Furthermore, the 'refer a friend link' (provided by a friend and genuine customer in the UK who purchased this product last week) provides $40 discount, but guess what... this doesn't work in the UK (we don't use USD over here).

We love our skylight…and the team behind skylight too! Recently my 11yp inquisitive son took our skylight apart to see how it worked on emailed Skylight for a manual to see how to get it back together, they sent us a brand new one free of charge. What great customer service.

It is a very very limited product which essentially just plays all your photos & that’s it. If you want to have albums so that you can display certain photos separately from rest you have to pay subscription! I could have done this on my laptop without need for the frame. If the free functions could just allow albums I would have rated it better.

Calendar works as expected, though some features would be great which I've submitted to the feature request form.

Very good product and ordering process. Easy setup.

One point for thought. If adding a repeat event, the final date should be date inclusive, but at the moment is exclusive so you are required to run the event for a week longer to ensure the penultimate date is the last date scheduled in the calendar.

Excellent product. Great for sharing pics with friends & family. My whole family love Skylight Frane from 91 and 86 great grandparents, through son & daughters & grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister in laws. We alll love it
