do not purchase eyewear made by or serviced by this company - their product is made so cheaply that it falls apart after about a year of normal wear. the pieces that go over your ear simply fall off after cracking and splitting apart. their customer service is terrible. they do not stand by their product at all. avoid at all costs.

Avendo acquistato Safilo credendo nella qualità made in italy mi sono ritrovato con una ciofeca sul naso che Safilo mi ha prontamente cambiato.
Risultato , mi ritrovo con un'altra ciofeca che perde pezzi per strada...
Safilo è sicuramente made in china con prezzi... finto ( ma molto finto...) made in italy.
Sconsiglio di strapagare uno pseudo marchio italiano per un prodotto...speriamo cinese , perché i cinesi , pur avendo bassissima qualita , supera di gran lunga quelle due...se le chiamassi montature offenderei il genere...
Lasciatemi spendere solo altre due parole... MAI PIU'...
Sarà mia premura proteggere amici e parenti da questa truffa legalizzata...
Ragazzi , a sto punto comprate originali china in negozio cinese e avrete sicuramente maggior qualità di montature ( montature , non scherziamo...) rispetto a ciofeche che...millantando il made in italy vi costerebbero da 350,00 € in su...

Bought expensive Tommy Hilfiger glasses. Model still being produced, but little older than 2 years. No garantee anymore......no bill
Would however expect some service when the plastic gets dry and the glasses' legs fall apart.

Not satisfied, would expect to get new legs.....this is not customer mis-use, but clear quality issue

I bought glasses Isabel marant in a French optical shop. After only a few months they broke a first time and then a second time. It took safilo more than 3 week to provide the optician with the part. All this time I was left with no glasses. They are impossible to reach , don’t answer emails or phone calls. I think the luxury brands should cancel the licence contract.

I had bought a sunglasses Safilo-Carrera a couple of year ago and I have seen a kind of film detaching from the lenses for a months. I have mailed to customer care to know something about this really unusual things but they have answered me to 'go back to the shop you had bought', "it is an old item". This is the first time I notice this kind of things on the lenses of a good sunglasses! Never more. Safilo controls the production of many fashion brands' sunglasses.
