They just charged me for renewing a prescription that expires in 2 days without any warning. I had been ignoring the “please refill” emails because I didn’t want to keep my subscription (because the product doesn’t work). Well unbeknownst to me; I had an active prescription that they just refilled without notice. No “your subscription is about to process” email like you’d get from any good subscription company; just a surprise refill. After they emailed me saying it would be refilling, I tried to cancel my order but they processed it anyway. They refuse to refund me, after several back and forth where I stated that I wasn’t given any warning of a pending order or shipment. This is extremely misleading and frustrating and really a disappointment. I will never use this company or its products again.

I have been using Nurx for a few years. I love the simple way to get get the medication I can. If looking for help with your order or need fast service, try calling the support line. I find it faster, efficiently smoother than the app.

Nurx is running a scam to defraud consumers. They claim to take insurance, which I provided before even setting up my account (my prescription is covered by my very good insurance). The cash price for my prescription is 90 without insurance. Twice now; Nurx has claimed they billed my insurance and that my copay was 90 dollars and charged me the full amount both times. Nurx is either not billing insurances at all while claiming to be; or getting paid twice from both insurance and the consumer. If this happened to you; you can report it to the AG’s office in your state.

Shady bait and switch. Almost like to withhold medication to get another monthly monitoring fee out of you. Absolutely just shady company. All around difficult and just time consuming. So much work as a customer. I canceled my subscription thru their customer service. Also the billing department sent me a ton of passive aggressive emails in a thread because I showed them dates and times and proof of times inquired and when things were cancelled. Also no one in billing has names so they just treat you like you don’t exist. Very much a shameful way to do business. I Have receipts. And then restarted my subscription without me knowing and refuse to refund. Even tho I was well in timeframe and didn’t restart my subscription. This is literally the worst way to treat a customer. I will literally tell everyone about this. They don’t care about anything but the money. And they will apparently do anything to get it. Seems desperate and like a company that is well past its heyday. Would recommend steering clear. They will use follow up emails and other things to coerce you into filling it out threatening to take away medication when I didn’t understand what they meant. There was nothing saying I would be starting my subscription again. Super shady and just nasty company. So they get a super nasty trust pilot review instead of refunding 69 dollars. What a joke

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend this service, I used this service because it stated they were a quick turnaround and I needed a refill on my birth control due to a job change I first had issues submitting my profile and my payment, it took their team 3 days to get back to me and their solution was to clear my cache. I then was finally able to submit everything I was charged a$24 fee for a consultation which was not made clear when I submitted my credit card number, then the medication went from $15 to $90. I accepted the fee and the delivery window was 2-4 days It has been 10 days since I submitted everything and I still have not received any tracking information what is out there is "your package is delayed" one system shows a delivery date of 8/26 I submitted a chat and they stated it takes 10 days for the system to process - again nothing was noted that I needed to wait 10+ days.

DO NOT USE there are much better options out there!

Nurx was great at first. I didn't use insurance and I paid $55/month. They were SUPPOSED to send me my medication monthly which they did ONE time before just sending it to a pharmacy for an additional pickup charge. Over time, I was having to fill out the same check in several times with repeated emails telling me I hadn't done it yet. It is almost all AI, and extremely unhelpful when you share concerns or frustrations. I just canceled today because I could never get my medication in a timely manner, they are uncaring, and they raised the price over $20 for a worse experience. Just avoid at all costs. Nothing but a headache.

Really good experience with Hampsons from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, everything went smoothly. Would happily use them again.

Nurx is very shady. They'll get you your medication, but will never operate on your side. They'll do whatever they can to get as much as money from you as possible, including ignoring your requests to file to insurance, and then blame you for not doing some weird extra step in a hidden part of your profile despite clear instructions you give them. They'll try to charge you out of pocket as much as possible. When confronted, they'll send a template response acting apologetic and never provide a solution. They'll 'escalate' the situation and never get back to you. They are awful, and it is incredibly disappointing for a healthcare company to do this. If you look up on Reddit there’s a lot of people with similar experiences. Quite awful

It was very simple and comprehensive with no hidden fees and I was finally able to receive the care I've been needing at a price I can afford

I love Nurx for all the things you can get delivered without having to leave your home. It's convenient and easy to use. The prices are reasonable and the ability to talk to real doctors makes the process much more trustworthy. I have been using them for about 2 to 3 years and I would recommend it to anyone, especially people without health insurance.

I miss The Pill Club. I was redirected to Nurx when Pill Club went bankrupt and I have missed them ever since. The main issue I have with Nurx is that they argue with me every year on the combo pill (despite having a healthy blood pressure reading) because I am honest on my survey each year about once having high blood pressure 10 years ago. My blood pressure has been fine since I lost weight but they recently denied me my combo pill and now I must switch. It's almost a relief that I won't have to argue with them anymore, but it's not what I wanted. Another issue I have is that they will tell you that you're getting one brand and then a different brand comes in the mail and they say it's the same thing. You also have to pay an extra fee for their "24 hour access to their chat support" but it's not an instant chat like you'd think. Usually the response is not until a day later. They're ok. Just ok, I'd say.

I like my experience with your company. It would be nice if my meds were shipped sooner, I keep getting emails saying they are preparing my order . I guess I don’t know the procedures on the filling process otherwise I think your company is great

Super fast communication, meds have worked amazingly well. I have felt heard and cared for even through a screen which isn’t always true with online programs. Would recommend Nurx 100x!

I really appreciate that I don't have to take time off to do an in-persona visit to obtain prescriptions and refills. I appreciate that I get to complete my evaluations at my convenience and not have to work around a provider's busy schedule. My prescription are automated and always arrive on time. I have issues or complaints about this company or it's customer service.
