Definitely worked for me. It's not an overnight fix (pun intended), though. Give it some time. I took it twice a day, morning and evening, for the first 45 days or so, and my nighttime bathroom trips went from 3 down to 1.
I now take 1 dropper per day in the evening, and it's still working for me. I've been using it for about 6 months now.

The best results I've had from Noctiflo, is no more running to the bathroom, every couple hours. Gone are the I gotta go right now feelings also. I no longer have to plan my errands around where bathroom stops are. I still get up in the middle of the night, but at least not 2 or 3 times. I'm very happy with Noctiflo, and will continue with it for the foreseeable future. For me, results started around the 4th bottle, so it does take some time to work

I have been using Noctiflo for Four months now and it has worked extremely well for me. I have tried lots of other natural remedies and some worked a little but nothing like Noctiflo! I noticed a big difference after about five days of use. I was getting up 4 to 6 times per night to go to the bathroom. When I started using this product, I was also taking finasteride and alfuzosin. I discontinued Finster ride in July and it did not affect the effectiveness of Noctiflo. I now usually only get up once at night to use the bathroom and that’s usually after five or six hours of sleep because I tend to drink a lot water to take supplements right before bed. I am now going to experiment with eliminating alfuzosin from my regimen. My doctor says I can go cold turkey and if I have worse results start it right back up again with no problem. I hope I am off alfuzosin by the time I update this review.
The product has always arrived when expected, and I have received an excellent result and couldn’t be more pleased.

I have slight symptoms that started about a year ago with pressure to go and just uncomfortable over all . I had slight swelling and tried many different things. This has been the only thing that helped the pressure to go away and the flow returned to normal. I noticed a difference in a few days. I highly recommend this product.

I give you guys a big fat 0 cause I didn't order whatever this is and you guys keep taking money out of account it be nice if you can put the money back that you took for no reason my card got hacked and when I looked at date and time I was in bed sleeping so I know it wasn't me so please put money back in my account I don't even know what this is are even what's it for cause I'm negative in my account now just please put it back. I received the product but did not start using until about two weeks later! I was getting up 5 or more times at night but once I started taking Noctiflo within a week I notice I was getting up less to relieve myself and I began to sleep a lot better also I only take it in the morning but i have notice a great change in not getting up every hour also! I have tried a lots of products but I believe Noctiflo is a life saver for me and I will be purchasing the 6 bottles deal in the near future

i ordered the 5? bottles thinking i would need to give it some time to work. took the product religiously as detailed on the bottle with no measurable change. Save your money and for sure don't go 1 day beyond the 60 days use if you even hope to get a refund. was denied a refund after 3 months of use because they only offer a 60 day money back guarantee. like i said...save you money

Okay, first of all, this is a very good company and very responsive. I was a bit confused at first with how much I should be taking as you use a dropper that obviously doesn't have equal amounts every time you use it. A much better delivery system would be a gummy or cube that would deliver consistently.

I'm just short of the 60 day money back guarantee and am undecided. I wasn't getting the results I expected, I added some prostrate pills and between the two, I've gotten better results but still don't make it thru an average of 6 hours sleep without one wakeup, sometimes two.

I'm on my third bottle and with time running out, I decided I'd contact them about either getting my money back or perhaps getting one more bottle for free to see if I just haven't given it enough time.

When I checked their website, the guarantee was to get the refund by returning the empty bottles and asking for a refund. Like most people would do, I just threw away the bottles as I emptied them.

My only option at this point is finishing up the last bottle and hoping I see better results. I'm not willing to throw good money after somewhat bad but maybe in another couple weeks and have more positive results.

I have nothing negative to say about this company and from reading other reviews, its obviously working for some, just not for me.

After getting up 4 times a night and bedtime lasting 10pm-3am, I have cut my trips down to one or two. One seems to be leveling out as regular occurrence and I have just finished my first bottle....I have doubled up on taking it, once in the AM and once before bed. Getting only 5 hrs of sleep this is a great victory for the time I have to rest and recoup.

I received my first order on February 13th 2026 and after about two weeks I could really tell a difference. I can say that this stuff has really helped me. I would have real bad urges to urinate that I couldn't hold back sometimes. Noctiflo has helped my symptoms alot. I have more control and alot fewer strong urges.

Just Started another bottle today, first couple weeks no difference than 3 hours of sleep, today almost 5 hours then my dog had to go out. Very happy with Noctiflo. I have a cupboard with many bottles of 💊 s I have tried, they have to go.

Have tried so many products. They have great reviews and even better marketing videos about why they are the best. None had any positive results. I always used them for a minimum of six months, most even longer to give them a chance to work their magic. Nothing. I am at less than one week on noctiflo and sleep through the night. I am totally amazed. Not sure if it is the product, or the delivery system ( an oral set of drops). Whatever this is the first product that has done anything positive, it it is a miracle...days, not months of wasting my money

After 2 weeks on Noctiflo I am only waking up once a night. I am looking forward to sleeping through the night again! This product is great.

I have religiously taken NoctiFlo for 3 months with NO improvements. I still go to the bathroom at least every 2 hours at night. I still wake up in the morning with no morning wood. Nothing has improved. How do I get my money back?

I want to provide an update as the Noctiflo is now giving me the same results as Flowregen did previously. Maybe the gap between my order caused some of my symptoms to return. Now that I have been using Noctiflo twice daily, less night trips to bathroom, good flow and less urgenency during the day.

I will continue the Noctiflo.

So far, so good. Reduction in nighttime trips in one month. Just reordered to get the full experience/benefit.

Enlarged prostate. Have been urinating 3 to 4 times throughout the night. I have a steady stream and I had no problem emptying the bladder. I ordered one bottle of Noctiflo to test. Taken it twice a day for three days. Noticed an immediate change: got up only once in the last two nights. During the day, so far, lost the urgency challenge, and there has been a reduction in the need to urinate. I haven't kept count however. I found the speed of change--for me--remarkable. I still take ProstaGenix as prescribed. I don't know if the combination contributed to the rapidness of the positive effect. Noctiflo certainly impacted a notable positive change. I'm going to keep a log to ensure I'm not dealing with a placebo effect.

The product takes about 60 days but it works. My frequent bathroom trips are down to 0 or 1 per night. The sense of urgency is gone as is the pressing feeling.

I read the lone unsolicited response and believe that he may just be a "ringer" paid to give a negative review about Nocti Flow. However, as a potential consumer, I'd like to see more assurances of not losing one's money and being locked into this prodiuct long term & then having issues with the credit card compay in getting refunded, if necessary. I do believe that this this is a real concern.

After taking this for a couple of days I noticed I have a stronger stream when urinating. I also had a few sudden urges. After taking it for a month the sudden urges subsided and I can sleep through the night.
