The beers nothing special, I found it bland. Customer services are not good. We ordered beer for delivery in Paris. After several days waiting beyond the expected delivery date we were advised that the shipment had been damaged in transit and would be returned to sender. A few days later, with no attempt to actually deliver to the delivery address we were told our shipment had been delivered to a local post office and would need to be collected. On collection, turned out to be the original damaged shipment with one bottle broken. Noam response to all this was to say that once the package was handed over to the courier it was no longer their responsibility, which I found very disappointing. They did refund €2.66 for the broken bottle but this hardly covers the inconvenience of trying to find out where our package was or having to collect a damaged package from the post office. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Just received my delivery in time for Christmas, the customer service I received from both Eva and Natalia was excellent after Evri managed to damage my first case. The replacement was sent by an alternative carrier and arrived in perfect condition, exactly when promised.

Beer is great. Everything else is a disaster.
Placed and paid for my order on 24/11. Most booze companies deliver within a few days.
This lot - no delivery, no contact, no reply to emails. Appalling customer service.
Still waiting for any kind of response on 23/12. Totally unreliable

That is almost 4 weeks I have been waiting for my delivery and no update after the original order. This was a Christmas present for someone that is no longer going to receive on time if at all. I contacted them and had no response until the 3rd email. They don’t seem to know what’s going on. And gave a half ars*ed apology. Terrible service 100% would not recommend!

There Customer service is awful, nobody seams to know what’s going on.

This company dose not sell to all EU countries despite their claims. Because of this you cant take part in limited time offers like: "Flash Sale: 20% Off NOAM Lager For the next 72 hours. Use code SUMMER20".
What is the point in taunting people with a sale.

Amazing beer, even more amazing customer service - I love this product so much - shame it’s not British but hey!
They ship to UK and I have zero issues
