Purchased a dress off this site on sale, told I couldn’t have a refund, just a credit note and to return the dress to a place in Romania, when their office is saying somewhere in the UK, been over 8 weeks since I sent the dress back and the company are saying it’s not been delivered, even though I sent registered post, when I try track the dress, it’s classed as undelivered or uncollected at Romania’s sorting office. Miamara are not returning my emails now when I ask why and can they not collect it, £180 down the drain, would never buy off this company again, be cautious as this company obviously doesn’t like giving refunds!!!

I have still not received my refund since May 2026. I didn’t have also received no response to any of my previous emails.

I kindly ask them to process the outstanding refund immediately and confirm when the payment will be made.

But no response!!!

I am really pleased with the item that I have received, it was a bit short on me and when I tried to process a return they allowed me to exchange it with a really smooth process.

Everything went smoothly, nothing to say bad.

I had a problem with my delivery, the shipping company did not delivered my product succesfully and Sophie From their support team has helped me get my package back, really friendly and fast response. I recommend this website

Still awaiting a refund ....despite spending £100 pounds to send the dresses back ...
Advised they would make the returns process more clear but and refund but still waiting.... Buy from British stores if you live in the UK ...I ve never been more disappointed.. it's a scam

I have ordered the Kora dress from their website and asked for express shipping not only the dress was delivered on time it fits me perfectly, I really love it. Everything worked smoothly and I really enjoied the experience.

Pessima qualità. Arrivato il vestito completamente sintetico (nonostante i costi) e per di più cucito male!!! Non rispecchia minimamente le foto che allegano su catalogo.
Fra l’altro per il reso costi elevati: 50-60€.
Ti costringono a mantenere l’articolo (da pietà) ed effettuano un rimborso di solo 20%!!!!!!

Ordered a top and skirt set and both fit perfectly & delivered with lovely packaging

i love the attention to detail in the cut and the way the fabric moves.

I ordered two dresses - one for me (the Nory, fishtail lace) and one for my teen daughter (the Mirana French Blue) for a wedding.

We kept the one for my daughter - the quality was good but the other was too short for me. Delivery took two weeks.

Unfortunately, returning an item from the UK was much more complicated than I expected. Returns are to a US warehouse at the customer's expense, plus there is a restocking fee. The courier quote I received was over £60, making a return uneconomical and I realised if DDP wasn't included the package may be refused at customs and no refund given - given what I had read on here (after I placed my order - wished I'd done this before) I wasn't hopeful a refund would be received if I went this route.

After several emails over a week, the company offered me a 30% refund without returning the dress, plus store credit (however I didn't wish to buy anything else from them) but had to accept the 30% refund which was £45 against a dress which had cost £149 - not the best outcome.

I have shopped with other companies based overseas without the same returns issues so think Mia Mara should revise their returns process.

They were also using the TP green stars in their listings next to wording that said '0ver 14,000 satisfied customers' - this implied they had received that number of reviews. I reported this to TP and I'm pleased to see this has since been removed from the listings.

If you're UK based I would not advise using unless you don't intend to return.
