They listen to what the requirement was when i spoke to them over the phone.The service was smooth.They kept me updated about the delivery.I reqested that my media((vhs cassettes) was delivered to me later at later date aa i was away on holiday.Thet fullfilled my request.

I was very anxious as it was the only copy that I had full of memories which I could not replace. Was reassured by all their support.
When arrived received voucher for discount if used again and the quality was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

My previous purchase was fine,but unfortunately this time one of my casette was digitised empty. I had checked all my cassette before sending them so I know that this was not the expected result.
What has been particularly disappointing is the customer servive. I have tried to raise the issue,but the response has been very poor I am not confident that the problem will be properly investigated or rectified.
I am very disappointed especially as these are important personal recordings that cannot simply be replaced. I expected a better quality control and customer support.

I think the process was well done and from posting to receiving everything went smoothly. Unfortunately with the one media it was a lot of mega bites to download. I think it would have been better to have each video on separate sticks.

Make sure you leave plenty of time as the items when they returned came back from Germany which wasn’t front and center on their website. However the quality and work done was all top quality.

The experience was very helpful and professional they helped me to experience the day we got married again to have it on usb so that we could view it whenever we want thanks again and we will be back.

Very impressed by the quality of the digital images from pretty old slides. Glad that they are returned in their original boxes and order.
The only downside is that processing takes place in Germany, so don’t expect them back too quickly

I sent 3 mini tapes for conversion to digital. I received the memory stick, which is fine, and 1 tape in return. I queried the missing three tapes and after messaging to and fro, Mediafix cannot find the missing tapes. They offered me £80 in compensation. I accepted the offer, but they only transferred £68.83 to my account.I am grateful to receive some compensation but there seems to be something disjointed in Mediafix affairs.
