I suggest That you start being honest with your customers And let them know that the goods are made In China, and if you want to return them, it Costs sometimes a large part of what you paid for the garment in the first place.So what's the point. Very shoddy business practise. I'm contacting Companies house after that , my legal advisor to see what I can do about this

I have to write a review item nothing like what was sent I paid 45,for a suit for my mother's anniversary dinner and what they sent me was nasty tacky thing sports where type material suit I was shocked. Reading the reviews it seems it's a scam, what I will do is go via my bank to raise a dispute that I've been scammed online because there was no return slip no invoice only email shipping instructions. I've written to the company today but I suggest all who are struggling to get our money back let's report them to the UK police, the bank or credit card company, Which , trading standards and Google as UK Google can take action to take down their website as scammers
I wish I read all these reviews. All I wanted was something nice for my mother but these scammers don't care if the fraud or disrespect elders. It's terrible! So if anyone looking to order please stay far away from this company they are definitely not Manchester based and take advantage by pinning their adds or website at the top of Google. So I'm now going to write my MP and Google to petition to get their website shut down here in the UK. Stay safe guys and above all protect your purse from these scammers. They either go by this name or Manchester Boutique and on their site they use AI to put a face to a fake company to fish you in like bait 🎣🎣

Within in 20 minutes ordering a top I contacted them
To ask to cancel received an email saying their policy was you had to do so within 5 minutes .. this is wrong as you have a cooling off period re statuary rights .. I was told I could send it back!!! When it arrived the returns address on the label they say isn’t correct . There was no paperwork no address to return .. the top had no labels re make size or washing instructions !! I contacted them again via email being told the items get returned to China at your expense and no guarantee for them to arrive!!!
Please be very careful ordering from this company .. a nightmare

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from these scammers. I ordered an 'embroidered' laundry basket. It arrived. A cheap-looking printed bag. It's pretty clear that there's no chance of returning it and getting a full refund. I've been well and truly stitched up.

I bought a pair of dungarees £37 and when they arrived they looked nothing like the picture 💯 polyester not linen . Several emails later I give up and will never buy off internet again . These scammers are in china they use stock photos of other peoples clothes . Please people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM . This shop in Manchester does not exist they copy other peoples designs BADLY using cheap material .. BE AWARE…

This is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs! The goods are really poor quality, and the shipping takes at least 3 weeks despite claims of same day dispatch. Everything comes from china. They claim you get hassle free returns but that too is a lie. You have to send it back to china yourself or only get a partial refund. Appalling!

Why did I not check reviews before ordering from this FAKE company. Clothing is AWFUL quality BUT looks great on fake AI pictures. I, like many have asked for refund process but have received no reasonable response. It looks like I am stuck with my order which is only good enough to put in bin.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

THIS IS SHOCKING BARGAINING PROTOCOL AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I am appalled by the number of customers who are echoing my story.

Thought it was from a boutique in Manchester, UK
Took over a week to get here.
Not the quality or cut I was expecting! A refund gives you 3 options send back to China for £9.95 for full refund although it’s your responsibility if it gets lost!
Option 2 is 30% refund and keep the item.
Or keep item and get an exchange minus 25%. Something like that.
So many scams out there! I’ll stick to brands I know from now on!

Very poor quality dress. Thin cheap looking fabric. The pockets did not sit right. Not at all like the picture in the advert- except the colour! Was offered another item free of charge ( would have to pay £9.95 p&p) Eventually accepted a 30% refund as the cost of returning to China was extortionate.
Would not recommend buying from this company. Utter rubbish.

Don’t buy from these, my whole experience was bad, the item arrived late and then didn’t fit , I repeatedly asked for return details then receiving the return details a month later to then be told I didn’t qualify for a return as I was over the 30 day timescale 😳, I pointed out that if they had given me the return details when I had asked for them 3 days after receiving the item and not the 30 days as they had provided, I would have returned it well within the timescale.
I pointed this out to them over several email complaints which they totally ignored stating I wasn’t entitled to a refund.
Therefore I have lost my money and an item that doesn’t fit

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The item of clothing is nothing like the photo , size totally wrong a size 12 would only fit a child colour nothing like fabric shabby ! I have been offered 4 different amounts of money for refund . When I refused I have been given an address in China and told I will have to pay " a lot of money " import tax extra. Total disgrace. I have started a section 75 consumer credit act claim . Don't touch this company 🤬

Absolutely appalling scammers!
Bought two dresses, actually naively thinking this was a Manchester UK based company. It is not local, they are based in China.
Dresses arrived, far too small, terrible cheap nylon material. Not fit for purpose.
Contacted them to request a refund. Was told I would have to pay return postage which was £25!!
Despite the fact the dresses were not fit for purpose, and quoting distance selling regulations this company would not comply.
I returned the dresses and then spent weeks chasing the company for my refund.
I was then told I had to pay £11.02p for the items to be cleared at customs!!.
I reluctantly paid the customs fee as I had already paid postage fee £25 so I would lose more money.
I eventually received a refund less the customs fee of £11.02p . But deducting the postage fee I had already paid meant I only got less than half of my money back.
This company needs closing down it is disgraceful!

Avoid scam. Definitely not a boutique, I ordered a dress before having a proper look round the website as it looked perfect.
Dress looked nothing like the photos online, it gets shipped from china, I eventually found the same dress on SHEIN for a fraction of the price.
Requested a return, they charge you a lot for international shipping to return to china. Or they offered 20% money back to keep, I got them up to 50% with the help of chat gpt. Was meant to get the money within 10working days, nothing, got back in touch and told them I wanted 100% refund, they kept saying it will take 10days but this had passed.
I did a chargeback claim through my credit card bank and got a full refund.

DO NOT BIY FROM THIS SITE 😡 EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES TO RETURN TOTALLY IGNORED 😡ALSO TOOK 6 WEEKS FIR DRESS TO ARRIVE.

I thought I was ordering from the Uk,dress ordered not like picture advertised, still having difficulty trying to return the items as no invoice or return details included in packaging. Sent 7 emails asking how to return items with no response. It’s coming up to the 30 day return period. My advice on my experience stay away from this site , terrible customer service/support.

Awful company to deal with. Based in China so expect slow delivery and poor communication.
Ordered a dress, was delivered very late. When it eventually arrived, dress was not the same style, colour or material as the one I ordered! Has taken weeks to arrange a full refund, after numerous emails offering me the option of various % of refund and that I can keep the dress! Not sure why I would want to keep a dress that wasn’t anything like the one I thought I’d ordered!!
I also have to pay for it to be returned to China. I am posting tomorrow so will update with cost of this and then how long it takes to process the refund…. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

if I could give zero stars I would. dress arrived really late so clearly from China. it was not UK sizes I ordered size 10 and I think even a 16 from them wouldn't fit me. There were no labels to check size. I can't get hold of them to request a refund they just ignore me. They don't respond. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM COMPANY!!!!
