Awful experience. Never go near them. Took weeks and weeks to deliver. They cancelled one item. The one the finally arrived is tiny size 41 pair of shoes. Trying to return and they will not respond. It’s a scam.

Well, the experience so far is nearly four weeks in transit, loads of tracking emails, and no sign of arrival. This is not a UK company with a posh shop in London; it's a foreign drop shipper that isn't particularly motivated to ship. I have bet my wife that I can choose tasteful clothes for her without her seeing them first. Well, she definitely isn't seeing them 🙄. I hope this won't be a Christmas story about how I lost the bet because of a head-slap, gullible moment online. (again!)

Ordered a maxi dress and it took a while to arrive, when it arrived it was not my order, makes me think what you see advertised on the website does not exist! Cheap material too.

The dress took 3 weeks to arrive and was much bigger than a size small. On trying to return it it took 4 weeks for them to say they would not refund me. They concocted a story that I had not responded correctly. The company does not exist as a shop in Brighton. The awful dress was eventually posted from California. Do not deal with them. Most responses were AI generated and designed to make you give up on the refund which on the website was guaranteed. A waste of £35. A bad experience from start to finish.

Thieving scammers!!!!! Very poor quality Chinese rubbish. Customer services no use at all. Free returns are NOT available. Now in the bin, wouldn't even put them in the charity bag. Very poor cheap materials. Worthless. Lesson learnt!!! Shame on you!!!!

Shocking! Avoid at all costs - this company is a complete con! I ordered a business suit and outfit for an upcoming interview 2 weeks in advance. Delivery took 1 month! The quality of the clothing was so bad. It was folded and squeezed into a little A4 plastic envelope. This was meant to be a business suit! It was made of the cheapest t-shirt like material. There was no way to return the items and no way to contact anyone to organise a return or to even speak to anyone at this company. I was also inundated with so many emails with discount offers offered if I would leave good feedback which I could not leave until I could see the service and the quality of the items! I could not even take it to the charity shop in good conscience as the quality was aweful. I threw it away in the trash - A wasted £80! Don't deal with this dishonest and corrupt "company" which is obviously a dishonest individual working from home advertising false products.

I ordered some sandals thought they were from London, took 3 weeks to arrive, I ordered a size 6, but cant get them on probably a size 5. Disappointed so tried to ring them, the place and telephone does not exist. Wish I had read these reviews first, so dont use them they are a disgrace, been trying to return my sandals but ignore all emails, because i want a refund.

The wording on the website is extremely misleading. There is no free returns. The return address is in the United States and you have to send it back tracked delivery so it isn’t worth sending anything Back because of the cost! The jacket that arrived doesn’t look anything at all like it does on the website. The quality is shocking. Do not buy from this website it is a scam

Absolite scam. Horrible company.my mistake cause i didnt read the comments online. They got me on a winter coat, came after 2 weeks, horrendeous quality, better things i can buy on shein. Tragic. Ugly, nothing like the picture, 95% poliester, they send the wrong colour. I want to send it back and for a week now the customer service didnt even reply to my request so i am taking other steps to get my money back. Stay away!

I ordered two pairs of leather orthopaedic ankle boots reduced massively from £99.95. I measured my feet to make sure of my size and ordered them in 21st Aug thinking that the store was in Brighton. I began to get suspicious when they didn’t arrive and I kept getting emails bribing me to give them 5 stars before I even had them. I tried phoning but the number doesn’t work. I tried emailing but had no reply. I checked reviews and wished that I hadn’t been taken in. I have tried to cancel the order to no avail. They arrived today after many emails over the last 3 weeks telling me that they were on their way. This is because they are not in Brighton at all. The goods come from China.
I opened the flimsy lightweight bag. The boots are not leather, they are extremely cheap plastic things with a cheap sole. They are also too small (not that I was thinking of keeping them)
I have now got to run the gauntlet of their so called “30 day returns”.
*Avoid this company like the plague*

Ordered for a specific event and the delivery took almost a month. By the time the items arrived the event had long passed, so they were no use to me.

Returning them has been worse than the wait. I don't live in the UK, so I first had to pay out of my own pocket to have the parcel forwarded on to me. I happened to be in Brighton, so I tried to return in person, only to find the shop doesn't exist at the address on the website. The phone number cuts off when you call. The returns email came back with a list of complicated instructions and still no confirmation that the return would even be accepted.

So I'm now facing international shipping costs to send back items I never got to use, to an address that isn't there, with no guarantee of a refund. The website advertises hassle free returns. That's not been my experience.

Avoid at all costs.

Having read the previous reviews I am hugely regretting that I did not do this prior to ordering.
I am now stuck in a similar dispute to those and now fear that I may not be given the opportunity to return or receive a refund. Dreadful scam. I’d strongly advise against ordering from this site.
Shocked to hear the very smart looking shop in Brighton doesn’t even exist.
