I haven't even been able to purchase contacts yet because their website keeps deleting what I have in my cart when I add another item.

I ordered my lenses August 14, it wasn’t shipped until August 19th, but I cannot get the tracking for the life of me. It’s September 1st and my contacts STILL haven’t been delivered. I spent $80 on 3 different contacts too… tried contacting someone and haven’t heard back. Disappointed.

I like the packaging of the product and the product itself and I was very happy to not have to pay taxes in my order but it would be better to receive a DHL shipping number from the beginning; the SF shipping was difficult to track

Cute and clean packaging, fast delivery, excellent lenses with cute designs that look like the provided pictures! The lenses are pretty comfortable too!

It would be a 5 star review if the one bright red lens that I wanted was ever in stock. It’s been months and I’ve never been able to order it. They don’t even have a way to get notified on their restocks for specific lenses. AND what makes it worse is they are so comfortable. Literally the best most soft and hydrating lenses I’ve ever tried and they look really nice and don’t dry out or get scratchy. I keep them in for like 2 days slept in them and added eye drops once or twice. To be honest I could’ve kept them in longer but I know you’re not supposed to.
Delivery took a while I think a week or two…

Good and very comfortable wearing it. I like it and the quality is so good.

I tried my order yesterday and was disappointed with the results. The color was supposed to remain at the bottom, as your website advertises it as being “locked” in place. Unfortunately, it did not stay in position and rotated while I was wearing it.

As a result, the product did not perform as advertised, and it looked quite awkward when worn. I have reached out to customer service 2 days ago without a respond.

I ordered these lenses one week ago and I received an email with tracking number to open on a Chinese website. I can’t translate this website and I have no idea of when my lenses will be delivered. I didn’t know that these lenses were coming from china and I am upset, especially considering the price.
I have contacted their support email 2 times and nobody answered.

They give discounts and member points for 4+ star reviews on their website! Which I think is dishonest. Other than that, I tried the weighted glowylock daily lenses, which have a very beautiful and striking color. But they are not as comfortable as regular dailies because the weighted part is thick. You notice them in your eye, even if you forget about them sometimes throughout the day. You can still wear them all they long and they are still high quality but they don't feel as non-existent in the eye as some other daily lenses.

i originally gave a 1 star, was disappointed in the lack of communication through email, whatsapp is faster if you want to check on your order. Eventually got my lenses. they are really nice, actually comfy and pigment!
Although, i didnt get an email saying it was on the way or anything which was another small lack of communication. so i do rate it a 4 overall due to that reason.

Moody Contacts are the best!! They are so beautiful crafted and good quality. The color selection is great. I love that they have smaller lenses as well that fit small pupil. The colors are vibrant. You cannot beat Mood’s prices. I’ll be honest, The first order I placed I was not happy at all…some of the lenses wouldn’t even stick to my eye. I was going to have to throw them out even though I really like two my last order that I’ll be ordering for life. I emailed Moody with my concern and they told me to send in a video cutting the contacts which I did and they took care of the rest from there. Very good customer service. I love how they sent me out multiple, not just one or two but a few generous replacements to make up for the ones that didn’t fit (I really appreciate this when customer service stands behind their word). And on top of that they gave me the price difference in a gift card. I would’ve been happy just with the exchange, but they went the extra mile and gave me a gift card for the difference and also a promo code for my next order. Absolutely amazing customer service. Way better than Solotica. They stand behind their products and want their customers to be happy. My eyes also didn’t dry out. Love the deals and I am so happy! Forever Moody you are the bomb.com❤️

Edit: while the initial reply was first it’s been a week and a half since they promised to compensate me and have yet to do so
