I have been using the product for about 6 months. I use it after a workout while I strecth/cool down and when I meditate. I have noticed I recover a little faster. It is easy to use, easy to store, and is something I will keep using as I focus on wellness.

Entire order process was smooth & status was timely & accurate. Met all expectations. Couldn’t be better.

I was notified last week that the replacement blanket had been sent to the courier. I have yet to get any shipment number which indicates the blanket has actually been sent. Our blanket quit working over a month ago and it has taken that long for a replacement. Whatever the procedure is that Quasar uses to replaced. damaged. articles is absolutely terrible. I am still waiting for my replacement blanket.

UPDATE: My earlier review focused mostly on the shipping delays for my replacement blanket, not on the customer service itself. In fairness, the customer service team was consistently responsive and attentive to every issue I raised.

Although the overall process felt lengthy, they were actively working to resolve my concerns in the most expedited way possible—first by replacing the controllers, and ultimately by having me return the entire unit so they could send a full replacement. The time involved was really due to shipping the blanket and components back and forth, not a lack of support.

Customer service addressed each and every one of my emails promptly and professionally, and I appreciate how diligently they worked to make things right.

I bought the QuadarMD full body red light & infrared therapy bag. It has been a game changer. After taking cancer medication for a year I have aesteo arthritis & joint pain. The QuesarMD bag along with other lifestyle changes has kept my joint pain to a minimum. Love it!

Easy to use and generally very user friendly. I think the piece around the nose could be made more comfortable, however. It's great that it provides for other colors and explanation for the use.

I love my red light bed, I use it for pain and anti-aging for the entire body, combined with yoga I’ve noticed softer skin and less pain in my lower back. I love the relaxation side of this bed too. I can lay down and know I am doing productive work for my body !

Soon after we started using the blanket I noticed things like being able to walk down stairs with less pain.

Package arrived quickly. I have only had it about a week but everything so far is working good.

I'm a huge fan of QuasarMD & its products! I bought its smaller handheld red light years ago now when I first heard of red light therapy & Quasar was the only red light device I found available to buy at a reasonable price. My older device from Quasar still works after about a decade! I now several other products from Quasar & use Quasar's larger handheld red light daily (bought in 2021.) I'm 61 and get compliments on my skin. I also have their blue light, which I find it helpful with treating my family's acne flare-ups and a red-light mat too which I bought most recently last December.

Customer service is top notch. My questions about my Quasarmd red light therapy mat were answered promptly and completely. Information about red light therapy tends to be general in nature so personal help was appreciated.

I normally use the mat by laying on it for 20 minutes and then covering with it for 20 minutes so entire body is covered except head. I am still experimenting with which power level is best for me. I bought an inexpensive mat on Amazon before I purchased this mat. It gets warmer than this mat which indicates superior LEDs were used by Quasarmd. Using any power setting including the most powerful only gets mildly warm which is good, but that may be because I am laying on it for 20 minutes.

I have been using the mat for just over a month a find I am more relaxed and have a better sense of well-being. My original motivation to try red light therapy was to see if it will help with chronic tenseness in all my muscles - neck to feet. This may be happening but it is hard to tell at this point. I will continue to use the Quasarmd mat as I read that it takes time and consistency of use - at least 3 times a week.

I am satisfied with quality of manufacture. The mat comes with a long sturdy cord so can be used anywhere. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and can recommend this mat to others.

I have been using the Quasar Red Light Therapy Mat for a few months now. The 660 red light has helped to improve the tightness of my skin. The 850nm red lights penetrate deeper into the muscles and joints. I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I can see a difference in my inflammation and a general overall improvement in body pain. The mat feels good and relaxing to be inside of and can be very meditative. There are 5 different intensity levels for the lights. You can control having only the 850nm or only the 660nm on. It also has different flashing modes. 10Hz has 10 flashes per second to support body relaxation and meditative state. 40Hz has 40 flashes per second. Some research suggest this frequency supports mental focused and relaxed state. The H is a gradient mode so the lights slowly dim and brighten. It is supposed to mimic breathing rhythm. The mat unfortunately didn't come with a lot of information on what the different modes were for. The customer service is good and will answer any questions through email but do not answer questions over the phone. I also noticed the lights were out in a few rows on one of the mats I received. I contacted customer service. They were quick to replay. I will be sending back the mat I have to get a replacement. YAY. I am happy with my purchase and I think I will continue to see improvements with use. Thank you Quasar!!!

Excellent customer service! I would venture to say it is the best that I have ever experienced

This was the best gift I could have gotten my mom for Christmas! To start it was easy to order, their updates were prompt and we received the product well packaged and swiftly. When she started using it, it was so convenient that she could simply lie on top of it or lay down and put it over her. It’s helped with her inflammation a lot and has become even more vital in day to day things as she starts PT and it was something that her physical therapist was going to recommend she buy! Great service and a great product.

This product is THE highest quality on the market- I absolutely lovvveee it. I have been dealing with a lot of chronic inflammation over the last year and this red light has been the medicine that I needed !!!
