Excellent company. I bought a Heusom silent pro nail grinder which I find very useful and actually works! And my dog allows me to use it on her which is a revelation as she is not a fan of having her nails trimmed! I recently ordered x3 replacement drill bits, 1 of which was showing rust unfortunately. However, I contacted customer services and was informed that a replacement drill bit would be sent out the same working day! 5* company, 5* customer service! Highly recommended.

I have two Goldens
I have two Goldens. I hated using clippers for their nails. I came across your drill and started showing it to them with treats. They took to it right away now they just lay down and sleep as I drill away. But then again they are Goldens. LOL. They thank you for a great product.

I was charged for my order
I was charged for my order. Delivery address same as billing address. Notice was given that items were delivered. I did not receive them, idk wtf but they were not delivered to the address given. Will have to report to my bank as a fraudulent transaction. Very disappointed!!! I gave it one star because it would not let me select ZERO.

I give this company a five-star review because the first delivery was delivered at a wrong address so I had called this company that I ordered my product from and they researched it and showed that it was delivered however to the different address that was not mine. so they took care of it promptly and replaced it and reshipped and I got it within a few days. So I am very pleased with the response that they had given me.

Great product I would recommend for all pet parent. My Daphne she is scared getting her nails clipped but when I sat her down to do herbails she was so good at letting me trim it to where it need to be. Super smooth just like the ads said.

Great customer service
I contacted customer service and was quickly returned by Doreen. She was a great advocate for good customer service. While I had the wrong address listed, she was helping me to navigate the right avenue to contact to correct the issue once it had been sent off to the shipper, and checking in one more time to make sure that I had gotten all the information I needed. My pitties now sleep thru nail grinds! I use to have to chase them. Now they kick back and chill till it's over! It's a completely different experience from the old nail grinder. My Hank walks normal again! Love this grinder. It's a life saver!

I was very skeptical but the nail trimmer is as good as it claims to be!!
We usually take our dog to the groomer, but she had a severe injury and hasn't been able to go to the groomer for too long. Thus, her nails are just too long and we don't clip them ourselves. I used the nail trimmer today for the first time and it was amazing! I was very skeptical and I truly didn't think my labradoodle would tolerate it because she hates to have her feet touched. But she didn't fight, and tolerated the nail process better even than having us comb the hair on her feet! The instruction video as well as written instructions are very thorough and helpful. The one problem we did have was that her hair would get caught in the device and make it temporarily stop. So I trimmed the hair around her nails and tried to hold the hair back with my fingers. Really a great device; I just hope in time and slowly working on each nail that I can get her nails down to a good length. This first day went great though.

We’re also glad the video and written instructions were helpful. With longer fur around the paws, trimming or carefully holding the hair away from the grinder, as you did, can help prevent it from getting caught. And taking a gradual, little-at-a-time approach as you work toward a comfortable nail length is a great plan.

Game changer
On my previous dogs I used a dremel to do their nails but our new pup is too small for that so I bought a trimmer from Heusom. A real game changer. He about falls asleep as I do his nails. Sure wish I had been able to use this on those dogs that have since passed. They would have loved it!
