It was disappointing to see that the sales I kept seeing and being advertised did not include the plus sizes. I started shopping because of that sale of buy 2 get one or 80% etc, and then the moment I clicked my size it disappeared. I also wish there were more color options for the plus-size clothes. Usually I fit into an XL but due to reviews and friends they recommended I size up. Because of this I missed out on the deals. I would have definitely spent more if there were more color options and that coupon worked for 1x.

Return process is infuriating and difficult, dealing with them is Frustrating. 1/4 of my order arrived in about 10 days, the rest took several weeks longer, updates showed the order was complete whe it hadn't shipped. Shipping status was inaccurate, and the items arrived so late most were no longer needed. Quality varies from item to item, materials and workmanship were as expected, same as most major brands. Some fabrics were more sheer and some styling was a bit off-scrunched butts that dug in more than lifted like other brands (Fanke leggings lift much better), some tops, even in sz sm were very billowy or oddly designed with elastic that had the brand name in odd colors, or twist back tops that had the 'knot' of the twist in a very uncomfortable location for pilates, yoga, bench lifting and sny other activity that has you laying on your back. I gave them a try because I liked the colors and I'd seen a piece on a friend. I did keep about 1/4 of the items, and some leggings were really cute and stylish, but had an inconsistent fit from style to style. Based on design & quality I might order again, but because of shipping times and their return process (You must upload a photo of each item being returned!!!) I will NOT be purchasing from them again.

Had heard positive things about these products from a friend so I decided to try their one-piece casual jumpsuit. The fit was ok, but not what I needed. However, their policies are terrible and there are hidden fees for certain items. Do not get pulled in by their “buy 2 for 39$ each”. They will charge you at least $10 to ship your “sale” items, then if you wish to return you will be charged another 8-10$ to send it back at your INCONVENIENCE. Additionally, you cannot post a negative review about their prodict on their website so you cannot trust that info either. Bottom line - DO NOT order anything from this company.

Shopping "at" Halaras can be dangerous! I stop by to only look and check out spending more than $100. The reason? Not that I have lots of money to spend but I love everything. have ever purchased from Halaras. Great fit, comfortable and looks terrific.

I love that most of the products have a petite option. More product descriptions would be helpful. Coupons would also be great! Also...models of all shapes and sizes.

My second package has had no meaningful tracking update since August 1. SpeedX confirmed that they have not received the package for final delivery, yet Halara continues to say that the package is "in transit" and wants me to wait until August 24.
At this point, I believe the package is lost. I asked Halara to provide proof from the first carrier showing the package's current location or most recent physical scan, but I still have no clear evidence of where my package actually Is.
I should not have to keep waiting weeks for a package that neither Halara nor SpeedX can locate.
If Halara cannot provide proof that the package is still moving, I expect them to treat it as lost and issue a full refund to my original payment method.

Halara is a Chinese-founded e-commerce women's athleisure brand based in Hong Kong and founded by CEO Joyce Zhang alongside venture capital firms. While it targets women and was founded by a woman, it is backed by major male-led and general venture capital funds (like Sequoia Capital China and IDG Capital) and employs a mixed workforce, meaning it is not strictly an "all-women" company.

The reason why returning anything to the company is because the company is in China. So you'll pay for shipping upon purchase and they deduct shipping costs from your refund for the label you used of theres. I WILL NEVER ORDER A THING AGAIN FROM HALARA. There are too many great, honest companies here in the US to order from that pay for your shipping and for your returns.

It was supposed to be a buy 2 get one free deal but when you click to purchase that is not the deal I was given. Kind of feels like bait and switch.

I've been ordering Halara for awhile now. I was very hesitant in the beginning because I am a cheap buyer and this brand is way too expensive for me, but I decided to give a try. The moment I received my first order I was shocked how nice, friendly to my very sensitive skin and very comfortable I wear a lot luckily I bought two items on my first try. Then that time I keep ordering again I think it's worth the money.

Easy. However the 25% off as new user was ineligible at check out. I spent 60.00 so 🤷‍♀️

Received my order today. 2 of the items were really bad quality and had marks on the trousers. The 3rd item was ok and was as described. Trying to return the 2 items is a nightmare. No returns slip. Had to login, create an account, login again, manually try to locate my order as it didn't show and then was unable to create a return as it stated my order hadn't been delivered yet! What an absolute joke. I will be returning all 3 items as soon as I can figure out their ridiculously difficult system. Not at all customer friendly and will never order from them again.
Stay well clear.
UPDATE: contacted customer service via facebook messenger and received brilliant service. The rep responded immediately, confirmed the return address, apologised for the inconvenience and refunded the charge of the return. I've changed the rating from 1* to 3*. Brilliant follow up, thank you.

On the rare occasion I wasn't happy with my order, the customer service was excellent

In addition to have great products, Halara has the best customer service i have ever experienced. They are easy to communicate with and very helpful if you order the wrong size or lose your gift card.

I keep ordering Halara pants. Love the fit and stretch and get so many compliments on them. They wash and dry beautifully. My go to! Easy to dress up or down. They have great sales. Can't comment on Customer Service because I've never had a problem. Will keep buying!
