Real customer service
I ordered a light that was labeled "Third gear dimming". I did not realize this mean that it would change color temp every time I turned it off and on again. I reached out to customer support to inquire about how to bypass this feature and after several emails back and forth they sent a ms paint sketch and a video showing how to rewire the light. Bar Table and Chairs order
Taking delivery for our items took a very long time.... several months.
Once received the table was exactly what we were looking for and the chairs were just ok.
Homebaa was easy to work with and handled the return of the chairs well.
If you are not in a hurry I would say they are a good company to work with.

Shopping at Homebaa was simply great. My new Hollywood inspired floor lamp was everything I was looking for. Lamp quality is solid, sturdy and esthetically pleasing. The length in delivery was to be expected; as the lamp was coming from overseas. Communication regarding shipping, location updates and expected delivery date was perfect. Not only was the purchase enjoyable but the customer service set a new bar. After building my lamp, I requested instruction on how to access the bulb. Quickly there after, I received a well-written and clearly stated E-Mail. The instructional video was excellent and covered every detail. Dulce with the Homebaa Service Team is A-List! Returns are impossible
Received the item faster than expected. Other reviewers online have said they waited a month, if not longer, while we received our item in a week.
Unfortunately, we were not aware that an electrician would be required to wire the lamp. Which is also not clearly stated on the website. After already spending $200-300ish+ on a lamp, we were not wanting to spend even more to wire it. I also did not like the color of the lamp, I was expecting brass but the lamp is a very bright yellowy-orange gold that clashes with my decor/other brass items in my home.
The biggest issue was attempting to return the lamp. Homebaa has to approve your reason for returns, in which they try to offer you a measly discount in exchange for keeping the item. Even in declining the $60-$70ish credit, they expected us to ship the item back to china, although we received the item from a US address, and pay the shipping there, and reimburse the free shipping we received when we initially purchased.
They also expect everything to be packaged as if brand new - not an issue for us since we saw quickly that the color was wrong and read that wiring was required.
Ultimately, the headache of all the back and forth made us give up on the return and we are now out a few hundred dollars. It's a shame the company sucks because they do have nice styles, but I will never risk purchasing from them again and would recommend that others don't.
TLDR - wouldn't recommend this company at all, returns are difficult and costly

This is my second time purchasing products from them. The first time, there were some issues with the logistics, but the product itself was very good. This time, I bought a coffee table and it was of exceptional quality. The delivery speed has also improved! This is amazing.

This is a fraudulent scam company in China. Beware. They sent a lamp that was so cheaply and unsafely made. And it was completely bent. They refused to do a refund, telling me to bend it back into place. They asked for videos and said they could not open them to verify the damage. I have disputed the charge, and they refuse to issue a refund until I remove this review. Do not order from this company. The other positive reviews here are all fake/AI generated.
