Worst service
My experience with “Matrix Cloud” was honestly bad and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them I bought a so called “permanent/lifetime Minecraft server”from them They clearly said it would last forever with no extra payment
After like 4–5 months I came back to use it again and suddenly they told me I have to pay again because they “stopped lifetime servers” This was never mentioned when I bought it
When I asked about it instead of fixing anything or explaining properly they just banned me
This feels completely misleading because they sold it as lifetime and then changed the rules late NEVER buy from them if you don’t want to lose your money or get scammed like this. Seriously not worth it.

We would like to clarify that our lifetime server plans were officially discontinued over a year ago due to operational limitations. Before making this change, we contacted all active and valid users directly through their support tickets and offered compensation or alternatives to those who responded within the given timeframe.
Additionally, our Terms of Service clearly mentioned that:
Inactive services for more than 14 days may be removed
Services used for more than 3 days are non-refundable
Lifetime services were subject to discontinuation based on infrastructure capacity
That said, we understand how this situation could feel frustrating, especially if you missed the communication at the time. This is not the experience we want for our users.
We would still like to review your case and see if there’s anything we can do to assist you. Please reach out to our support team with your details so we can look into this further.
We remain committed to improving our communication and providing a better experience for all our users.
