Bad support

Bad support. Manager never got back to me about vps server login information which never got sent to email. Waited over 24hrs without any response before contacting again which lead no where. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.

I apologize for the delay in support but our support is closed or at the very least minimal availability. on the weekends. There seems to be an issue with sending emails over to outlook.com emails at the time of replying.

Great Service with Friendly Staff

I tried Ezrinix because of the low prices and claimed quick setup times. After checkout, my VPS was ready within minutes. I ran into an issue that required a staff member to fix and not only were they were able to quickly assist me but they also did not hesitate to answer any of my other questions. Overall Ezrinix is well deserving of these 5 stars. Reliable and affordable hosting with stellar customer support.

Quick Support, Reliable Uptime, much more!

I’ve been using this service going on two months now and so far the experience has been phenomenal, anytime I have had a hiccup with setting up anything support was there to assist. Customer Support passed on everything in my book. Patience, Empathy, and the ability to understand the situation and quickly assist with the things occurring. So far there are zero complaints and it will possibly continue to stay that way.

Great Hosting

Been Using Ezrinix for a little already, and i can say its a great host, great uptime. Other then the few maintainece's, but even then those are quickly done. Great support.

Astonishing Experience

Within my first (24) Hours, of even being apart of this company, they have shown me nothing but kindness and showing generosity. They treat all of there clients, with the absolute quality, support, it is always great to see a company that cares about there Customers. Especially, (Matthew) He is a great company manager, he knows what he is doing, and gets the job completed, and that's what I like the most. Last but not least, there Hardware it is phenomenal hardly any Downtime, overall a fantastic experience. (Give them a try!)

From my experience

Bought this hosting a while back, had amazing support, great functionality, would have gave it 5 stars if they had added some php extensions etc.. that i was missing at the time, other than the nit picking, it was a decent host, would definitely recommend. 4/5 Stars. :)
