Ze hebben het shirt opnieuw opgestuurd en alles in de gaten gehouden. Shirt is vandaag binnengekomen en is erg leuk! Niet te dik (voor in de zomer) en de tekst is erop geborduurd ipv geplakt (wat ik dacht).

If you are a customer of ours, please do get in touch with your order number so we can investigate this properly. In the rare event that a customer receives a faulty item, we always want the opportunity to review the issue and make things right.
Regarding returns, the majority of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, and this is clearly outlined in our policies before checkout.
We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our products, so if there is a genuine issue with an item, we'd be more than happy to look into it for you. We would never want a customer to walk away unhappy, and we do everything we can to resolve any issue that may arise.

Very offensive smelling clothes

Top was great in terms of quality but it smelt so offensive.
Smelt of cigarettes/smoke but appeared unused so unsure if this was something to do with production.

I do wish you had reached out to us directly when it arrived, as we would have loved the chance to investigate this for you. I can assure you that the smell you described would never originate from our production process. Our garments are embroidered and packed in a clean, professional environment, and every item is checked before being shipped.
If there was a cigarette or smoke smell, it is far more likely to have occurred during transit or handling after leaving our facility. The only scent a new item might occasionally have is from the protective packaging used to keep garments safe from moisture and dirt during shipping (you would be surprised where the couriers leave packages sometimes, so it really does need that protection!).
That said, I'm really happy to hear you loved the top itself and that a quick wash solved the issue.

Very good customer service
I had a problem with the delivery because the german post office. This was not girlgang.shops fault nor mine. Lucy helped me and kept me updated about my order. I can't complain. If the german post office did their job the delivery would have taken a few days to arrive.
I love the shirts that I got and thanks again to Lucy for the great customer service!

Hi Simone, we’re genuinely sorry to see this review, especially because the situation has already been fully explained to you multiple times by our team.
Your order was cancelled only because the photos provided were too dark, grainy, and cropped in ways that made it impossible for us to create a high-quality graphic for your custom tee. We always want our customers to receive products they’re proud of, and in this case the images simply wouldn’t have produced a good result. For that reason, we emailed you immediately with the explanation and invited you to place a new order using clearer photos.
You then placed a second order using the exact same photos, so we cancelled that order as well to avoid delivering a product you would likely be unhappy with.
Regarding the refund: the refund was processed straight away on our side, but - as with all online payments - banks typically take 2–3 business days to return the funds to your account. This is standard banking procedure and not something any webshop can speed up. We also reached out several times to confirm this and to make sure you had all the necessary information.
We are absolutely NOT a scam and would never keep money from cancelled orders. Everything is handled through a fully automated and secure payment gateway. We’ve attempted to contact you directly several times, and Trustpilot also reached out to you for clarification. You have chosen not to reply to any of these messages. It’s disappointing when a small business does everything transparently and honestly, yet a customer refuses to engage and instead leaves a damaging and misleading review.
We always act in good faith, and we stand by how this situation was handled.
