Excellent service
I had accidentally given my addres instead of recipient’s address, and missed their email querying this. Despite this flowers were redirected to correct address by lovely delivery man and my emails to Bloom were answered immediately.
Flowers were ordered at about 9 o clock at night and, despite confusion re address, arrived at correct address shortly after 10 following morning. Great service!
