Hi bought this product because I need som good sleep, sadly I’m fooled in this marketing commercial, so that one is good my experience with BKM tranquil: night one: nothing happens the night before is slept a little better, night two, zero, night three jente, night 4, nada, night 5, nothing, night 6, etc etc etc etc doesn’t did anything with my sleep, yes of course can send it back for my money but that will be the same price what I payed for, I just want a good night rest,! Don’t buy it! My opinion

Nothing but praise for this company . I live in Croatia and the product was sent fast and in tact . I unfortunately couldn’t use the Tranquil due to some allergies so needed to send it back without any problems. The most efficient customer service to date . Thank you! Will however try their electrolytes.

Jag har ADHD och har otroligt svårt att varva ner inför min sömn. Tar väldigt starka receptbelagda mediciner för det, men med BKMs "Tranquil" så har jag kunnat minimera min sömnmedicin rejält, då de räcker de flesta kvällarna! Helt fantastiskt!! 🙌

Tycker sömnen varit mycket jämnare än innan, och sover igenom hela nätterna nu. Grymt bra!

Jeg er meget skuffet over BKM og deres håndtering af min manglende ordre.
Jeg bestilte tilbage i primo juni og har hverken set varer eller svar fra BKM - jeg kan kun håbe at de vil svare mig her.

Hvis man profilerer sig så tydeligt på de sociale medier så må man kalkulere med at det giver et øget salg - men det ser ikke ud som om de kan følge med efterspørgslen eller svare deres kunder

I’ve tried quite a few sleep supplements over the years, but nothing has really worked for me like Traquil from BKM.

As a parent of young children, I’m often up during the night, and my biggest problem used to be falling back asleep. Since I started taking Traquil, I’ve noticed a real difference. I fall asleep much more easily and wake up feeling more rested, even on nights when I’ve been woken up by the kids.

Better sleep has had a huge impact on my daily life. I have more energy, I’m in a better mood, and I simply feel like a better version of myself.

I’m genuinely happy I found this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a natural sleep supplement that actually makes a difference.

I placed an order on 7/6/2026, received a notification on 8/6 with a tracking number that my order had shipped, more than 3 weeks without movement, then on 1/7 the tracking number is not in use; I sent two emails to BKM without any response!! It’s a real shame, because this is actually a great product!! But doing business this way is a disgrace!!!!

Still didn’t receive my order after more than of two weeks.

Tranquil funkar hur bra som helst!
Även med barn så vågar jag ta dessa, för jag däckar inte av det. Utan får bara bättre sömnkvalité och vaknar upp utvilad.

Betalade extra för att få snabb leverans har tagit flera veckor och när det kommit fram framgår det inte vart man ska hämta ut paketet. Dom svarar dessutom inte på mail.

Been ordering from BKM for a while now and recently placed another order. Tranquil has become part of my evening routine and I’ve noticed a clear difference in my sleep and recovery.

I was also at one of their recent launch events and got to try the new electrolytes. I’ve tried a lot of different brands over the years, and these were some of the best tasting ones I’ve had. Looking forward to using them properly after training and seeing the results.

Good products, quick delivery, and a company that clearly cares about quality. Easy recommendation from me.

Man har testat lite olika produkter genom åren men just BKM:s kosttillskott har funkat bäst hittills, både jag och min tjej använder det och är super nöjda.

Køb ikke fra firmaet
Har fortsat ikke modtaget noget. Pakken er åbenbart forsvundet og der er tydeligvis også svært at sende en ny. Jeg har bedt om en refund, men har kun fået en delvis refund som jeg så heller ikke har fået. Firmaet minder meget om et firma der bare tager folks penge og så sender søde og venlige mails, som ingen mening har. Har nu gjort indsigelse på transaktion hos min bank da jeg ikke har ikke meget tro på at firmaet ledes af nogen som kender til kundeservice eller noget andet for den sags skyld. Minder meget om svindel

Haven’t received my products and I can tell by the other people in here haven’t either got theirs.
It’s funny that they took my money and also put me in monthly subscription.

I do not recommend buying from BKM, it sounds like a scam.

Produkten fungerade precis som utlovat. Den gör inte att man sover mer eller lättare att somna men om man vaknar så minskar oros tankar och det är lättare att sova hela nätter. Efter ett par månader känner jag att jag inte behöver ta tabletterna längre. Jag sover ändä!

Before I get on to the quality of the product, I´d like to acknowledge the excellent aftercare from BKM´s Customer Service team. There was a small logistics issue (related to the carrier and not BKM), I received an almost immediate response and resolution within the same email reply. No back and forth, or battling to have this resolved. Everything was clear, professional and empathetic. It´s not normally something you experience these days with other companies, but I´m glad to see that as well as producing excellent products, BKM excels in service also.
Now, the product. I purchased the Tranquil capsules and only 3 days in, I´m waking up refreshed, alert, even morning muscle pain has disappeared. I find my self more focused and less brain fog. I can only imagine that this will continue to improve. If you suffer with insomnia related to stress, despite healthy eating and daily exercise outdoors and still have disturbed sleep, I would high recommend trying this product to see if it has the same positive effects for you as it currently has for me.
