I ordered five different plaques (different names and years of service) and five plaques came all with the same name and years of service. I need this corrected asap and i should not be charged

I had ordered three awards and tried to contact you to order a fourth. I never heard back. So I reordered but ended up paying a lot of postage that was not necessary if I could have gotten a hold of you to add another award.

Waste of packaging and print materials & the fees passed on to your customers
We have ordered many times for years, but your handling fee is out of scope for something that could be mailed in an envelope. Wasted packaging for a tootsie roll and a catalog that could be digital. 27.00 shipping and handling for satin ribbon tails that weigh less than 6 oz is not ideal for your customers when you pass through the cost to us.

I will not be ordering from Baudville again
I ordered pens from Baudville over a month ago for an upcoming conference, and they still have not arrived. I’ve emailed the company five times without receiving a single response. I’ve also called four times, and although I’ve been able to speak with someone, each time I was told they would follow up and no one has.
Our conference is tomorrow, and we still have no pens and no answers about our order. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly disappointing, especially given that these items were ordered specifically for a time-sensitive event.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Baudville again.
