Ok but not exacly
Ok, so lower score for this shop goes for service, not exacly for product. I've ordered 1 sword and started to worry bc I didn't get an email confirmation of order, as I always get. I sent a question through form on website but still didn't get an answer. I had to directly contact them on email address to get information that emails has been sent to me(I had nothing in mail).
In the end, sword and fog fluid were delivered to me in 2 separate packages from 2 different couriers. I'm not sure if it is actually shop thing or my country's transit issue but still it's worth mentioning. Sword works and looks cool but due to long way and too weak protection has some scratches.

Thought I was ordering a sword
Thought I was ordering a sword, stand and plushie for £27. Only got the sword and delivery took 2-3 weeks! Have repeatedly messaged the website and seller with no reply.
Then saw the same sword for sale on Amazon for £10.
Scam, avoid !

Anime Sword TM is a scam
Bought 2 x swords and accessories in November for my sons Christmas present. Never arrived. In the one email they replied to the "Anime sword" team said my purchase was returned to them by Australia post and they will refund my money. My refund of $350aud has not happened. What a lie!! Never sent. Unable to contact, will not return emails. Anime Sword TM is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

I bought a sword that never arrived
I bought a sword that never arrived. They said that it has been returned back and they were going to refund. However they refunded only a 55% of the total amount paid. It seems it's a scam. I couldn't post a bad review in their webpage. Now taking everything into account I'm ver disappointing and still have the feeling I've been scamed. Definitively, I don't recommend them.

11 year old daughter spent her saved money on a glass for me, paid for protected packaging and it arrived broken. This company have so far ignored 3 communications from us. Don’t buy from them.
