Some people may know that CB stores do whatnot bidding auctions, where you can bid for products starting from £1. All in all this sound like a good idea as you may get a bargain. However I purchased what was advertised as being resell box and it was shown in these boxes there were some quite big brand name. The one I purchased as see on screen at the time had shoes, tracksuit etc. What I received was a fake BAPE bag, a child’s T-shirt and several asos sample sale items ( a load of rubbish essentials). Stupidly instead of testing the waters first on the same live I purchased a Ted baker bundle which was advertised as RRP £150. I waited for the bids to start and they were only reaching about 40 so I thought again that’s a steal. The items again which I received cost 50RRP (this was the price on the tags of the items added). It a nutshell do not purchase from an auction from what I can only describe as scammers.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased five “2x aftershave/perfume” bundles after the host described them as “two fragrances at random” while displaying a range that included two Jo Malone bottles and other fragrances.

Instead, I received ten identical 6pm fragrances, grouped together in sealed wholesale packs of six and four, all delivered in the same parcel. CB Stores subsequently acknowledged in writing that their packers had “unintentionally packed” my orders with the same brand.

My five-item mega bundle was also incomplete: the football and one of the two random fragrances were missing. It also contained a water-damaged cosmetic product that was not shown as part of the bundle.

Whatnot ultimately issued a full refund and instructed me not to return the goods. However, this does not address my serious concern about products advertised as being selected “at random” being supplied in this manner. I have reported the matter to Whatnot’s Trust & Safety team and Trading Standards. Buyers should retain the livestream recording, listing details and photographs of everything received.

Not the best to be fair bought over a week ago and was ment to be 48hrs tracked and only got it today rang customer services left a message no reply has definitely not been cleaned either not a good experience

I’ve been watching these guys on Facebook for a long time and always thought they were genuine, hard-working guys. That’s why I was really disappointed by what happened when I started watching their Whatnot lives.

During the live, they mentioned they were going to “bless the chat” and advertised £50 Amazon vouchers at a discounted price for a limited number of orders. Based on what was said during the live, I believed I was purchasing an Amazon voucher.

However, after making the purchase, I found out that this wasn’t the case. The payment was apparently being treated as a sponsorship towards the channel rather than a voucher being sent to me.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when I raised the issue in the live chat, I was simply blocked rather than given an explanation. On top of that, postage and packaging was charged for something that isn’t actually being physically sent.

If the money is genuinely intended as support or sponsorship for the channel and its giveaways, why not just be honest and say so?

Something as simple as: “The Buy It Now price is a paid sponsorship towards the channel and helps fund our giveaways.”

People who genuinely like and support your content may well be more than happy to contribute knowing exactly what their money is going towards.

I’m not against supporting creators or contributing towards giveaways. What I object to is feeling that something has been presented as one thing, only to discover afterwards that it is something completely different.

I genuinely thought you guys were better than this. It’s a real shame.

Shouldn’t be allowed to market products without the full description shown. I bought a gift card that turned out to be a ‘bless the chat’ or something nobody would pay £25 for. Hard earned money gone to waste.

Won a £500mega bundle and also won a free Xbox on the giveaways they run, and what I received was nothing short of embarrassing, they promote these free giveaways all the time and market themselves as the best giveaways on whatnot just to attract big numbers to there store/stream yet they just abuse the feature and lie and send nothing like what they say or market in the £500 mega bundle i revived 2 plain maroon ted baker T-shirts with an original rrp of around £15 each and also a pair of suit pants that retail for £80 so that’s around £110original rrp so I don’t understand in what planet that’s a £500 giveaway and as for the Xbox it was one of the oldest models possible, it had no wires, no controller and was full of dust and bits of food, I’ve reported them to whatnot as there just abusing the feature at this point and selling a lie, I don’t care if it’s free it’s not done me a favour all it’s done is take up room in my trash can I’ll also attach pictures of the disgusting Xbox they sent me

Terrible experience bought several aftershaves off them and they just put all in a bubble envelope and no surprises three were smashed and these guys wouldn’t answer my messages or get in touch and when I asked for help on the main stream on whatnot they banned me…absolutely terrible customer service avoid them at all costs or regret it

I am contacting you regarding the Xbox I won through the giveaway run on my whatnot account.
I am extremely disappointed with what I have received. The Xbox has arrived in clearly damaged condition, with visible damage to the casing and the warranty/security seal already broken. It has also been supplied with no controller, no power cable and no HDMI cable, meaning it is not even supplied as a complete, ready-to-use console.
At no point during the giveaway was it stated or disclosed that the Xbox was used, previously opened, damaged, incomplete or in this condition. The prize was simply advertised as an “Xbox”, which reasonably gives the impression that the winner would receive a usable console unless its condition and missing components were clearly disclosed.
I have photographs showing the condition of the Xbox as it arrived, including the damaged casing and broken seal.
I completely understand that a giveaway prize does not necessarily have to be brand new, but if the console was previously used, opened, damaged or incomplete, this should have been clearly disclosed before people entered the giveaway. Had I known I would receive a damaged console with no controller or cables, I would have had very different expectations of the prize.
I would therefore like you to explain how this item was considered acceptable to send out as a giveaway prize when its condition and missing components were not disclosed beforehand, and what you intend to do to resolve this.
I look forward to your response.

During their Whatnot live streams, I believe the host’s name is Kiera. Unfortunately, I found her attitude towards customers to be very disappointing. She often seemed more focused on looking at herself in the camera than engaging with viewers.

During a live today, I felt she was very condescending. She made comments implying that customers “don’t understand brands,” along with other remarks that came across as patronising. As someone who has spent thousands with this business, I don’t expect to be spoken to in that way, and I’m sure many other customers feel the same.

I also noticed that several people in recent live chats have commented on her constantly looking at herself and asked her to stop being rude. It raises the question of where the customer service has gone. I also don’t understand the fake accents and childish behaviour, which I don’t think reflects well on the business.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as treating customers with respect should always come first.

Very respectful very helpful and always open to public and due to traveling from 6grs and half we recieved a free ring and also help out with the homeless. They are a very good store and should be shown a lot more love from everyone

Recently got a bag from cb and couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. I spoke with them before and the customer service was also amazing!
