Car picked up as promised, relatively easy to make arrangements especially since I was negotiating on behalf of my father who lives in a seniors residence although would have preferred the cash vs a cheque

Car hasn't been picked up yet but I worked with Joseph to get my quote and arrange the pick up. He walked me through the process, was incredible and patient the whole process. He was quick to respond to messages and offered help each step of the way. Definitely a great employee!

Time factors

Yikes is probably the only appropriate word. Oddly unprofessional texting from a supposedly professional company. If you know a Nick, might want to discuss proper communication with customers.

From the person on the phone that gave me the quote...to the 2 guys who picked up the car. They were all polite, friendly curtious and willing to answer all of my questions. They made the whole process very comfortable and easy.

Hastle free transaction. Clear and fair price. No haggling. One thing that can be better is to clearly explain various people/companies involved such as car bought by you, going to copart etc. Also try introducing e transfers instead of cheque.
