I contacted Csrstub to get an appraisal to list list my 2016 Kia Rio however since i still owed a balamce they said they would pay off my loan. The person I was speaking to said she could schedule an appraiser to come the next day at 12:00 noon and could she give the appraiser my phone number.
Later that evening another person from Carstub in Anaheim left me atext about scheduling an appointment. I thought it odd at the time since I had already scheduled an appointment with another person from Carstub.
Next morning I waited for a phone call from the appraiser...no phone call. So at the appointed time I went to meet the Appraiser at the spot where my car was parked. NO CAR. My car was gone! Was i scammed o what happened?

Five star service. They made the whole process extremely easy when it came to taking the car, also with such a good reputation I didn't have reservations it being a scam

Adam was thorough in his inspection of my car, patient in explaining the process of selling my car to Carstub, and willing to answer my questions about other options I was exploring to sell my used car (from private party and dealer trade-in to Kelley Blue Book, CarMax, Carvana, and Bidbus). Adam's offer from Carstub was competitive, and though I would have liked to receive more money for my car (who wouldn't?!), I chose to sell to Carstub out of convenience; Carstub saved me the time and effort of marketing my car to private party buyers. I am somewhat sad to part with the car that I used to teach both my children to drive and hope it finds a new home via Carstub.

Easy experience, adjuster came to my home, made an offer and wrote me a check. They towed the car away.

My uncle needed to get rid of his car as he didn't drive it and the retirement facility was threatening to tow it, but at his age couldn't handle the process. I live hours away and took a Saturday trip out just to help him. Spent all day Saturday trying, went to dealerships and carmax and even though they made a tentative offer, in the end, they would not buy it then and there because he had lost the title and had fees on the the out of date registration. He didn't want much for the car, just to get rid of it and no one would help or make any effort on his behalf, the whole day was wasted.

Back at home, I was contemplating just trying to get the car junked or donated, but first tried calling carstub. I explained the situation, and they came back in minutes with an offer range depending on the cars condition in appraisal, competitive with carmax. More importantly, they had absolutely no problem with the registration and title issues and promised they'd handle everything in house.

On the same day, they sent out their appraiser Robert to meet with my Uncle to check out the car. He kept me on the phone during the process too to make sure my uncle was comfortable with the process. He made a fair offer right away and was incredibly accommodating getting the check and paperwork done for my uncle. By sheer coincidence, Robert lived close to me, so when he was done with my uncle, he made a stop by on his way home to run it all through with me in person too. Fantastic service and a huge lifesaver. Thanks again Robert!
